Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussel sprouts,
- 2 garlic cloves,
- ¼ cup sour cream,
- ½ cup cream cheese,

Let’s Cook:
- Trim and quarter the Brussel sprouts; prepare the cheese.

- Put them in a pan, add the garlic and roast for about half an hour (until the brown color is evident).
- Mix with the remaining ingredients, cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
