Dominque (Knights to Remember) (14 page)

J
acob walked Dominque into the bathroom, stepping in the shower cubicle first, making sure the water was warm enough before taking his hand again and moving in front of him, watching as his tall, lithe frame was sprinkled with droplets of water, easily becoming fascinated watching the streams running down his back and over his arse. He was a constant distraction, an ache which there was no cure for. Jacob reached for the gel, warming it in his hands before massaging it into Dominque’s shoulders, smiling when he heard a soft moan.

“How did you sleep?” Dominque sighed again as Jacob worked his thumbs into his back.

“Terrible. How about you?”

“I never sleep well the first night I'm away from home, and to be honest, I don’t really get to sleep when I'm working, so it was a new thing.” He leaned forward, bracing himself on the tiles as Jacob worked his hands further down his spine, easing out the tension filling his muscles.

“You're very tense.”

“This is all… sudden.”

“Yes. Not just for you. I'm thrown by how I want you, but I've had a chance to come to terms that I can't, and don’t want to, change anything which is, or could, happen between us.” That didn’t sound as confident as Jacob wanted, but then everything was so unsure between them. “I dislike it. As do you. Just for different reasons. But I'm willing to give you the time you need to move on and consider all the options you have.”

“I didn’t think patience would be a strong point of yours.” Dominque smiled over his shoulder.

“I have a great deal of patience. I don’t suffer time wasters, and when I've decided what should happen, or what I want to happen, then I dislike waiting, but I'm also understanding. I've been too well trained to let it bother me much, or at least, to show it bothers me.” He chuckled against Dominque’s shoulder, his caresses now further down, gently rubbing the base of his spine.

“Your training as a Dom or as a surgeon?”

“Both. They require unlimited amounts of patience and control. Understanding and being able to see what a person’s body is going through without them even saying a word is a gift I have and one I use to my advantage in both roles. I don’t have the bedside manner some doctors do, but I care about the patients I look after, and I consider a big part of my role as a surgeon is being a man who wants to help others, to take away their pain and give them back a life they have in some cases never known before. When they are unsure and incapable of making the decisions which are needed, it’s my job to reassure them, gently encourage them to make the right choice. That goes for both subs and patients.”

Dominque turned around, pressing Jacob under the water, squeezing a generous amount of gel in his hands before smoothing it over Jacob’s chest. “Doesn’t it get tiring making all these decisions for people? Don’t you just want to not think, to come home and let someone look after you?”

“It is draining. Such demanding roles take a lot from me, and it’s one of the reasons why I chose not to live the life constantly. A good Dom knows when he needs a break, and I’m always conscious when I’m not in the right head space to play. I’m a regular at the club, but it’s not
all
my life. I knew from the beginning I could never have a full time sub, one who lived with me, shared my life outside of the four walls of the club. Not only would it be unfair leaving them for such long periods of time, but it’s also not what I desire from a partner.” Jacob breathed harder when Dominque ran his hands lower, smoothing over his hips and around to his arse. Their bodies now pressed against the other, slippery and wet, both of them getting turned on by the touching.

“Is that what you want from me?” Dominque didn’t look into his eyes, but Jacob could hear the uncertainty in his voice.

The reason why there is so much trust in the BDSM community is communication. Everything is very black and white. There can't be any sudden surprises which haven't been talked about. Jacob knew Dominque understood this, but it didn’t stop the trepidation from living inside them both.

“This is new for me, Dominque. I’ve never dated. Never wanted to continue the relationship I experience in the club outside. I told you—” He tilted Dominque’s head back, looking into those docile chestnut eyes and smiling. “I waited a very long time for you. You’re perfect. Every inch of you, inside and out.”

“How do you know this is what you want if you’ve never had it before?”

“I like to plan. I know what I want. I know
who
I want. I just had to wait until I found the man I'd been waiting for. I'm so glad I met you, Dominque. You’ve given me a chance at something more meaningful in my life. I'm unsure too, not confident in how things will move on. I have plans, but until we talk more openly, I don’t know if you will share those.”

“Plans about me submitting to you?”

“Hmm, yes, but not just that area.”

“I don’t want to stop this part.” Dominque slid his cock against Jacob’s, both of them moaning softly.

“I don’t either.” Jacob grabbed hold of Dominque’s ass cheeks, pulling his hips forward so their slippery cocks were grinding firmer against the other. “Nothing but this though. I won't push you to submit in any way until we speak more about your past and how you want to move forward. That has to be a little more clinical, this can be fun.”

Jacob never thought of vanilla sex as fun. The idea of simple touches and straight forward sex didn’t appeal to him, until Dominque that is.

Dominque took the heavy weight of Jacob’s balls in his hand, caressing them and massaging them as he leaned forward, placing those plump lips around one of his nipples and sucking before he bit it gently. A low rumble escaped Jacob’s lips as Dominque released his tender flesh. “There are a few things I want which could cross that line a little, depending on how you look at them.”

“Hmm, and what would those things be?” Jacob ground his teeth together feeling slight fingers wrap around the base of his cock, moving tortuously up his length.

Dominque smiled, pressing every inch of their bodies together, whispering so close to Jacob’s lips he could feel every movement as he spoke. “You’ll see. Just know I'm okay with it.”

“Hmm.” Jacob frowned a little. Not knowing what the person he was with was going to do next was different for him, and a direction he wasn’t overly comfortable going down, but Dominque needed time, and he would have to accommodate him while they settled into their more conventional roles. “Show me.”

Dominque’s eyes widened, the delight easily on show for Jacob to see. Without saying anything further, he sunk elegantly to his knees in a long, fluid motion, one which took time to achieve with such grace and confidence. Jacob watched as he settled, thighs parted, cock hard, but it was the look in those big eyes which drove him wild. It was difficult standing there, allowing Dominque to decide when to move when he wanted to take charge.

Watching the coy smile flutter on Dominque’s lips, Jacob knew he was enjoying this moment because of the same exact reasons Jacob was frustrated, and he moved forward, stroking the dark, wet hair from Dominque’s forehead. “Enjoy this while you can, Dominque.”

“I won't always submit to you, Jacob. Maybe you need to get used to this, not me. I'm sure it’s far more difficult for you.”

“Huh.” Jacob ground his teeth, attempting to keep quiet and let Dominque have his way.

“Think of this as a lesson in control.” Dominque grinned and Jacob huffed again.

Jacob watched as Dominque inched his mouth to his cock standing erect from his hips, an intense shudder running through him as he watched the tip of Dominque’s pink tongue run around his soft lips before opening his mouth, lips parting just enough to squeeze over Jacob’s swollen head.

“Dominque.” Jacob grabbed hold of the tiles, bracing himself and hoping he could stop himself from fisting that tempting hair and pushing his cock deep into Dominque’s throat.

He watched, panting, body tense and cock so stiff he questioned why he hadn’t been able to achieve it before. Surely after everything he’d experienced, a simple caress of someone’s lips shouldn’t be enough to undo him after a few seconds?

Dominque opened his mouth, running his tongue around Jacob’s head, tasting him and enjoying it, slowing wrapping his hot lips around Jacob again, sucking slowly, gently moving his mouth around, swirling his tongue and French kissing his bell end.

Jacob growled when he pulled off, hating and loving the teasing nature of his boy’s touches, his body demanding more and less at the same time.

Dominque traced every vein running down his length, every line and curve received the same level of attention, his own cock never losing its stiffness as he worshipped Jacob’s erection.

When those chestnut brown eyes met Jacob’s desperate green ones, he took Jacob to the base in one quick motion, Dominque’s chin pressing against his balls and his heart beating so erratically he could have been mistaken for a heart attack patient.

“Fuck!” Jacob couldn't speak anymore, he could barely breathe.

The sensation of Dominque’s tight throat working over his thick cock brought him right to the edge, unable to hold back as he growled through his excitement. “I'm coming.”

He shot painfully fast in Dominque’s mouth, knees buckling as he came, cursing and gripping the wall for support. “That’s it. Keep going. Swallow it for me.” He fisted his hand in Dominque’s hair as he spurted over his tongue, Dominque opening his mouth and letting him watch as his cream slid down his throat. “Good, Boy,” Jacob growled out. “So fucking good.”

He let go of the fine locks threaded in his fingers and leaned back against the cool tiles, their eyes never leaving each other’s. Dominque was close, Jacob could see it. He pressed his foot against the inside of Dominque’s thigh, pushing them further open and looking at him still kneeling before him. “You want to come, don’t you, Boy?”

“Yes.”

Dominque’s balls were pulled up tight, cock flushed red and throbbing, looking so hard it must hurt.

“I wonder how much? I wonder—” He pressed his foot underneath Dominque’s balls and pressed gently. “—how good a sub you could be.” He pressed firmer, not moving, just keeping the pressure on Dominque’s full balls. “Show me how much you want me, Dominque.” He removed his foot away, standing up from the wall and grabbing Dominque’s hair in his fist, pulling his head back and staring down into his eyes, Jacob’s big frame and tall stature towering over the kneeling Dominque. “Come!”

He didn’t know if his boy could do it, but right then, untouched, totally hands free, he came for Jacob, loud and wanton, lifting his hips as he shot over the tiles and Jacob’s feet. After seeing such control in Dominque while he blew him, it was a beautiful sight to see him come undone at his feet.

After Dominque opened his eyes, he slumped forward, panting as he laid his head on Jacob’s thighs, rubbing his cheek over the hairs covering them.

“Dominque, you’re absolutely perfect in every possible way.”

D
ominque played with the cuff on his shirt. It was a nervous habit which always gave him away in situations he found stressful, and this situation was one he’d never come across before, not just as an escort, but as a person. He was about to meet Jacob’s mum, and two days ago, it would have been much easier, but since their bedroom activities and Jacob’s confession of wanting more, well, Dominque was now feeling the pressure in an entirely new way.

This wasn’t a lie, or a game which they were both playing and knew the rules to. This was, or could be, the beginning of something much more, and Dominque wanted her to like him.

He’d dressed in navy blue trousers and matching waistcoat with a grey and red pinstripe shirt. He felt better being smart. It made him feel more confident, and from the admiring glances Jacob had been giving him since he dressed that morning, he looked sexy too.

Jacob was beside him, running a strong arm around his waist and pulling him closer, his scent and confidence seeping through Dominque’s pores and calming him slightly. “She’s honest in everything she does and doesn’t mince her words, but at least that way you know where you stand with her. She can be abrupt, but I guess by her age, she doesn’t have time to waste with pleasantries anymore.”

“What if she doesn’t like me?” Dominque watched with bated breath as Jacob’s sister, Helen, leaned into the back of the car, exchanging greetings with the infamous Karen Buchanan. “What then?”

“Despite wanting her to like you and to enjoy your company as I do, it isn't the be all and end all of things. I don’t require other people’s approval of anything I do in my life, and certainly not in who I care to share my time in or out of bed with.”

Dominque looked up at Jacob. Despite his confident tone and reassuring words, he could see the slight twitch which played underneath his left eye and the tightness in his jaw. Like any child, Jacob craved her approval, if only to share his happiness or worries.

Dominque had no one to introduce Jacob to, and at that moment, watching his elderly, tweed clad mum stepping from the car faster than he would have expected an eighty year old to move, he thought how nice it would be to take Jacob home to his mum and see them both chatting, listening to her thoughts about the new man in his life.

All seven of Jacob’s brothers and sisters were there, including their partners and several children running around. It made for an impressive welcome for the matriarch of the Buchanan family, and glancing around at the other in-laws, he felt slightly better seeing the nerves on their faces too. He understood from a few of them Karen made their lives hell at times, and she wasn’t shy about telling them when she disagreed with them.

Dominque felt like crawling inside Jacob’s jacket and hiding, but instead, he just sneaked an arm under his wool sweater, letting it snake around Jacob’s naked flesh and gently caressing his fingers up and down his spine.

His mum glanced over the group and then looked up to the grand vision of Skibo Castle behind them before she moved her stony eyes over them one by one, greeting them in her own silent way as she moved toward them.

When she reached Jacob, she paused mid-step, and then moved her gaze to Dominque, appraising him quickly from head to toe and back up again. She held out her hand to her son, her eyes never leaving Dominque’s as Jacob helped her up the stone steps, his other arm still comfortingly holding Dominque to his side.

She stopped beside Dominque, and leaned in, looking closely at him. “So, this is Dominque.” She sucked in a short breath, and then looked at Jacob. “Young, isn't he?”

“He’s older than he looks, Ma.”

“How much older is the question you know I’ll be asking next, Lad.” She lifted a brow at Dominque, turning her attention from Jacob. “Well, how young are you?”

“I'm twenty four, ma’am.” He felt like bowing or something.

“Huh. Old enough, I suppose. Legal at least.”

Jacob sucked in a breath, but Dominque caught the mischievous glint in her green eyes and grinned at her.

“Nice to meet you, Dominque. Oh, and don’t call me ma’am again. It’s Karen.” She removed her arm from Jacob’s grip, shaking him away from her and linking it through Dominque’s, quickly walking into the lobby. “I suppose you’ve heard all about me?” She lowered her voice. “I can't stand half the people my children chose to marry and they can't stand me. It could be the same with you, but…” She dropped her voice down to an almost impossible whisper. “Jacob’s my youngest boy. He’s also the one I like the best.” She waved her hand around dismissively. “I know what you're thinking, parents don’t have favourites, that’s a lie every parent tells their kids to keep the peace, and after seven of them…” She shook her head. “Anyway, he’s special. That makes you special.”

“I hope you like me,” Dominque whispered. “Because seeing how terrified these people are of you, I really would hate to be on your bad side. If it sways you in any way, I heard you like port.” Dominque leaned in. “I also heard you're not allowed any, so I hid some in my room.”

Karen laughed loudly. “Bribery? Oh, I do love it when people play naughty buggers.” She looked back at Jacob who was watching them carefully while he ignored Helen talking beside him. “This one I like.”

Jacob tried to stop the smile from broadening on his lips, but he gave in and grinned at them both. “Me too. Very much.”

“He pretends he doesn’t care what I think, but I know better.”

“Me too.” Dominque guided her to the comfy armchair set against one of the French doors in the lounge. “He acts all big and tough, but he’s just a fluffy kitten.”

Jacob grunted hearing his words. “I wouldn’t go
that
far in the other direction.”

His mum sighed and sat back. “So…” She patted her knee and looked around her family. “What did you buy me this year? After eighty years of wool and knitting patterns, I'm expecting something bigger, more exciting. Like a lap dancer or something.”

Dominque was the first to laugh, and her eyes brightened up as she joined in. “Oh, and I almost bought you one too, but what with the stripper already in the boot, I couldn't fit him in.”

“Ahhh.” She leaned back and laughed harder. “Aww, a bit of laughter does everyone the world of good. So…” She looked about the room. “Presents now, then food, then booze. Then my stripper, right, Dominque?”

“Sounds like a plan.”

“I suppose there’s a list to follow, huh, Helen? I know you and your lists go hand in hand. Oh, what a long week this is going to be. I hope you know I won't be following all these rules you made up for me.”

“I know, Ma.” Helen kissed her cheek. “Tea and then lunch… then the stripper.” She winked at Dominque before she began to wave over a server to take their drinks order.

Dominque stepped back into Jacob’s arms as his sisters cooed over their mum, chatting enthusiastically about what they’d been up to since they last saw her, the grandchildren rooting around in her handbag, pulling out a selection of sweets as she told them off for stealing.

“You okay?” Jacob brushed warm lips over his cheek and Dominque nodded.

“She’s funny.”

“Yes, some would say senile, but… She’s not. She just pretends to be crazy, so she can get away with acting badly.”

J
acob sighed in relief when the door to their room closed behind his mum. It made Dominque laugh softly as he reclined back in one of the comfy reading chairs, lifting his bare feet onto the coffee table, worn out from the hour she’d spent with them.

“She’ll be asleep until dinner, and by the looks of it, so will you.” Jacob moved to him, leaning down and brushing a strand of hair from his eyes. “She got more out of you than I have.” He ran his fingertip under Dominque’s eyes, which he was sure were a little bloodshot from the soft tears he couldn't help releasing when he spoke about his mum and how she would have loved to meet Karen.

He hadn't meant it to be an emotional revelation, but, as with most things in his life recently, the moment ran into him and took over. He was more out of control than he’d been in his entire life and it made him crave Jacob’s stern touch and dominance even more.

“You’ve been through so much. I knew you were strong, but knowing how you pulled your family through such difficult times amazes me.” Jacob sat in front of him on the coffee table, lifting his feet onto his lap, wrapping both of his hands around one and rubbing it as he looked into Dominque’s eyes.

“I did what I had to at the time.”

“You're still doing it now. There comes a time in everyone’s life when they have to let go and accept help from those around them. I have, and I know I will again in the future. You're not alone, Dominque. You don’t have to keep everyone so far away.”

“It’s difficult letting people in after so long, even you.”

“You're hiding. The job, the reclusive nature you’ve adopted during it. It doesn’t have to be this way forever.”

“I know.” Dominque looked at his hands folded on his lap. “I have my reasons, Jacob. I used to have a life outside of this job, not much, but it was enough. I'm working on getting it back.” He moaned as Jacob dug his thumbs into the sole of his foot.

“The tension inside you will only continue to build, and I think without the constant sex to drain your energy, you’ll soon feel the ants sleeping under your skin begin to move.”

Dominque lifted his head, his gaze connecting to Jacob’s in a flash.

“When you're exhausted, you have less energy and time to consider what you truly need, Dominque. Didn’t you see why you pushed yourself so hard for so long? Yes, the money is always a constant need, but tell me this. This date alone is costing me four grand, and that’s with a discount.” He grinned at Dominque. “You earn a basic five hundred pounds just for turning up, and I’ve seen the price list for extras. I'm guessing you wouldn’t have come out of a date with less than a thousand minimum, and yet you pushed yourself to take two dates per day, every day of the week most times from what you’ve told me. I’m no banker, but that’s a hell of a lot, even taking into consideration the percentage the agency takes off you.”

“It’s always needed.” Dominque narrowed his eyes, not really liking being judged without him knowing the full picture. “There’s more to life than bills. Angie and I deserved a few indulgences through the years. I’ve saved enough to leave and know we’ll get by, but not without selling the house. I'm not well off, Jacob. I needed the job.”

“And the designer clothes and the jewellery, the high end manicures and haircuts?”

“I get money off all those things. They’re perks of the job. The better I look, the more I earn”

“There’s more to it than that. I fill my life with meaningless objects too, we all do it. It helps hide what we really want to fill our hearts.”

“You don’t really know me well enough to comment on my life like this.”

“I think whatever happened two years ago changed you in more ways than you are willing to admit. I think you worked harder to keep busy. You used the sex as a way of filling a need in your life which had been taken from you. Working until you were so weary, nothing remained in your mind but sleep. You pushed your own limits when you trusted no one else to do it for you.”

Jacob looked into Dominque’s eyes, smiling at the anger which must have displayed in them. “You need to please, and without a doubt, you pleased every man you met, but all they could give you in return was a brief respite from the turmoil you live in. I know how it feels to crave something so badly your bones ache, to need something so desperately and be unable to reach out and take it.
