Nutty Cookies
What can I say about these cookies except that they have forever changed my relationship with The Cookie. Cookies for me used to mean
a lot
of cookies, followed by guilt, followed by feeling sick, followed by eating more cookies. Not a good relationship to have. My Nutty Cookies, however, make me happy. I can eat one, enjoy it, and move on with my life. I can let my kids have these cookies with breakfast and not freak out. I can say yes every time my kids ask me to make cookies without the added stress of future, “No you can’t have another cookie” battles. I hope these cookies improve your cookie relationship as much as they did mine.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes

1.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, use a fork to smash the bananas.
3.
