Now he only needed the next two levels to increase his Intelligence in order to use the 'Earth Manipulation' ability tome.

 

 

Smoke quickly equipped the hooded cloak, stood at the entrance of his cave and dove out. He was gliding! This epic item truly was the best.

 

 

It gave him an unrestricted view of the lower levels of the Mount Gliseloc. He started to circle around the mountain as he slowly descended.

 

 

Igniz was having a hard time floating around him, Smoke took notice of this and grabbed the dark ember sprite, placing him near his chest.

 

 

The spot was very comfortable for Igniz, and he let out a flame thrower attack in order to express his delight. Smoke felt like he was a dragon flying high in the sky.

 

 

He had Igniz stop his flame attack and asked him to meld their mana instead. He wanted to increase his new scouting ability.

 

 

His ability 'Telefax Vision' became clearer than ever. He could see that there were actually at least twenty titanoboas down below. The gigantic constrictors were just widely spread. He tried looking for the flying lizards hiding in the trees and he could see those monsters as well.

 

 

Smoke was truly enjoying his flight. Then it dawned on him. He didn't know how to land. Smoke tried picturing out how to land.

 

 

He tried closing his cape. That move only made him dive down faster. He tried to suddenly open his cape and he felt his whole body jerk up by the sudden wind resistance.

 

 

Smoke still had 200 meters before he hits the ground. As he continued on his self taught lesson, he tried closing his cape just by a little and tried opening it again. This time, the force from the wind resistance was milder.

 

 

With only 50 meters before touching the ground, Smoke decided to try crashing into one of the trees. The monsters below saw his shadow and all of them started to quiver with fear.

 

 

Finding his ideal tree, Smoke closed off his cape and just as he was a few feet away from the tree, he opened up his cape and crashed into the tree.

 

 

THUD!

 

 

The monsters awaited for the series of thuds to come but there was only one. Instead of stunning the monsters around his area, Smoke's landing stunned him.

 

 

It took five seconds before he came to his senses. He took a damage of 2,421. On reflex, Smoke checked if there were any monsters that were coming after him.

 

 

None of them went to where Smoke was. In view of the fact that the monsters in this area have been traumatized by the the sound of gargantuan flying lemurs stunning landing.

 

 

Smoke had just finished his battle with Cologus his life was still at (8,129/38,550 HP). His eagerness to use the hooded cape took the better of him, but in the end he enjoyed every second of it.

 

 

He still had two more level ups to go. So, he had Igniz light up the campfire and started cooking the foxbat meat. He also activated his necklace 'Heart of ReenTe' to gain some rapid health.

 

 

After he fully recovered. He started climbing up the towering wall once more. Only this time, he was much faster. He was no longer afraid of falling down, making his ascend at half the time.

 

 

Once he was above, he checked on his satiety bar. It was still at normal level. He decided that he could still take on at least ten more gargantuan flying lemurs before needing a rest.

 

 

The monsters on the summit recognized the scent of their boss from Smoke's hooded cape. Most of them flew away in fear.

 

 

Smoke climbed to the top of Cologus' tree. From there he sniped down all the gargantuan flying monsters within his range. He was now the new king of Mount Gliseloc.

 

 

Claiming his throne, Smoke let out his loudest battle cry.

 

 

"RRRAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!"

 

 

It took him another day in order to reach level 87. After he did, he finally got the needed Intelligence to use his desired ability tome.

 

 

+ consumed 'Earth Manipulation' tome.

 

 

He spent the next few days increasing his newly acquired abilities.

 

 

Smoke, had created a platform around the crest of Mount Gliseloc. He would climb Cologus' tree and start manipulating the mountain as he flew down.

 

 

As he climbed up, he would create foot holds to give him better leverage in climbing. He also found that when he tried putting more details into his created earth objects, the experience bar of the ability got a bigger increase.

 

 

He started creating huts, and other houses. He was creating a replica of Nanahuatl Village from memory. It took him a couple of days but he finally did it. His last piece was the fountain in front of his house.

 

 

Once his 'Earth Manipulation' reached Intermediate Level 5 and his 'Telefax' reached Intermediate Level 2, he decided that it would be time to leave for Nanahuatl.

 

 

He got on a platform and had it rise up to the top of his constructed earth tower. He would start his flight home here. He estimated that it would take him two days if he maintains a speed of 140 kph.

 

 

In his last few days of gliding practice he managed a top speed of 130 kph. Yet he felt that he could go much faster than that.

 

 

From his constructed tower, he could see Mount Gliseloc's whole beauty. He was very grateful to this mountain. It increased his level by 13 and gave him great abilities and equipments.

 

 

Smoke waved goodbye to the mountain and flew off towards Nanahuatl.
