The man’s fangs were still extended so he bit deeply into his own wrist, ignoring the flare of pain as his elongated teeth stabbed into his flesh and the vein underneath. Then he picked the young man’s head up and pressed his bleeding wrist to his lips forcing his mouth open.
 
He knew his blood was already starting to do its work when the young man swallowed to keep from drowning in the fluid flooding his mouth.
 
They remained like that for some time, one man feeding the other.
 

The man pulled his wrist away and allowed it to heal.
 
And then he waited.
 
The young man in the bed began to spasm and then leaned over the bed to forcefully vomit up viscous black fluid onto the floor.
 
The vampire smiled
