Autumn Lake (10 page)

“You’re not fine,” he said, unconvinced.

He went to her then and plucked her high heels from her feet. Then, he stripped the red webbed shirt from her body, taking the black tank underneath right with him. A moment later, he unbuckled her belt, freed the buttons on her shorts, and stripped her clothing away from her lower half, checking every inch of her flesh for red or tender skin.

Applying pressure around her knees and thighs, he took a ragged breath as he stared down at her pussy. Have mercy! He was as hard as a cannon, ready to explode.

Those glorious tits rose high above the bra barely concealing them. He unhooked the clasp in the front and carefully slipped his fingers under the straps, pulling them down her arms and ridding her of all material.

“Turn over.” He wanted to check her back.

“I told you I’m fine.” Her misty gaze was his undoing.

“I’m not.” He wanted to see for himself. “Flip or I’ll flip you.”

She rolled to her side and winced.

“Damn it, Autumn! Did he hurt you?”

She shook her head. “I hurt myself cleaning up that mess at the apartment.”

He knew she was lying. He could hear the hesitancy in her voice. Still, he waited until she was on her stomach and he carefully palmed every inch of her flesh, caressing her, touching her, checking for damages. He stared at her pretty rounded ass, now relieved to see she didn’t have welts from the spanking he’d given her the day before.

His cock stretched forward. His balls ached.

“Fuck,” he muttered, straddling her hips. “You make me crazy. You know that. Don’t you?”

“Feelings are mutual.” She stretched her arms forward and turned her cheek to the pillow.

He unhooked his belt, lowered the zipper on his jeans and rubbed his cock against her hip. He needed inside her. He longed to have his bare and naked flesh stroking her, feeling her sweet pussy squeezing him, riding him.

Jake couldn’t remember a time when he’d been so desperate, so eager. God help him, he was a sick man to be this obsessed with a woman he’d just met.

Rolling away from her, he sat with his back at the headboard, stroking his cock. “Come here.”

She crawled to his lap and her eyes sparkled with mischief then. She eyed his length, fingered his balls, and dragged the pad of her thumb across his damp slit, swiping away the speckle of precum topping his cock. Slowly she dabbed his excitement across her bottom lip, watching him as he watched her.

He was hungry for her kiss then, desperate to feel her tongue stroking across his as he entered her. “Come here.”

Jake grabbed her by the arms and pulled her across his lap. Lifting her up by her torso, he shivered when her palms fell to his shoulders, when her nails raked across his leather jacket.

“Fuck me,” he crooned, moistening his lips, staring at hers. “Ride me, baby.”

Her breath caught in her chest and she whimpered as he lowered her to his cock. Her wet pussy surrounded his dick and she cried out as he entered her.

“That’s it,” he rasped, framing her face and kissing her.

Their tongues danced. One would lead. The other would follow.

Their bodies came together at the same pace. Autumn set the rhythm and he enjoyed their tempo. She slid up and down his cock, keeping her focus on him, squeezing his shaft as she rode him.

His jeans supported his balls, pinching his scrotum as she fucked him at leisure. God bless! He was ready to blow. He gave her a final kiss and brought her forward, suckling one nipple and then the other.

She moaned as he pampered her breasts. He cradled one in his hand, looking up at her as he raked his teeth across the aroused point.

“Jake.” Her head fell back and she squeezed his shoulders, riding him faster and faster.

“Come for me, baby. Let me watch you.” He’d never seen a prettier sight. He’d never held a more gorgeous woman.

Her pussy gripped him with a tighter hold. She stroked him with her cunt, sliding up and down, up and down.

“Come, baby.” He was ready to blow, but he wanted to watch. God help him. He didn’t want to shoot off like a rocket until he’d had just a second or two to enjoy her pleasure, see it for himself.

“Jake!” She rocked back on his cock and threw her body in an arch.

He caught her back with his hands. Flattening his feet on the mattress, he threw his hips into motion, loving the way she undulated for him, the way she worked her body back and forth, side to side. She fucked him in a way that made him harder still, hornier by the second.

“Fuck me!” She threw her chest forward and he buried his face in her delectable mounds, working his mouth from one tit to the other as she screamed out in pleasure.

“Ah yeah, honey.” He was almost there. “That’s it. Give it to me, baby.” He stroked and stroked and stroked. “Fuck yeah.” His eyes rolled in the back of his head as the pressure on his balls pinched the daylights out of him. Her pussy was hot, wet, and vibrating like mad around his shaft.

Her breath fell out in spurts. “Ah, Jake. Um. Ah God! I’m fucking coming again!”

He bracketed his arm around her waist and drew her to him. This time, he threw everything he had into the act of wild fucking, jamming his cock inside her, impaling her with quick and strong thrusts. His balls hurt, truly ached. The denim supporting him bit into his bunched flesh and he throttled her with hammering beats.

His hot semen spurted from the tip. “Um.” His body jerked. His cock twitched. His cum shot into her channel and the sounds of sex resounded as he pounded into her pussy and stamped her with his seed. “Mine.”

“Yes,” she sighed, collapsing against him and wrapping her arms around his waist. “I’m yours, Jake.”

Chapter Sixteen

Logan slammed his heel against his kickstand and left his bike. Chief Malory exited his vehicle and he didn’t look happy.

“What’s this emergency meeting about?”

“I want everything you can get on Autumn Lake,” Logan said, watching Malory’s expression.

“Is there a problem?”

Logan stopped dead in his tracks, narrowed his eyes and said, “Let’s just say she’s made some fast time around these parts.”

“How so?” Malory looked amused.

“You’re not asking the right questions,” Logan pointed out, suspicious. “You don’t ask who she is. You don’t want to know any details about her so I can only assume one thing.”

“Yes?”

“She’s inside.”

“She’s your new handler,” Malory said.

Fury shot through his veins. “You’ve got a damn woman in place as
my
handler and she’s bedding one of the Heroes and Rogues?” God he was mad!

“She’s in place. She’s where she’s supposed to be.”

“Tell me how that works exactly.” He scratched his forehead, tried to run through the intelligence he had on Morris Lake and Autumn, too, and quickly asked, “Do you know who her father is?”

“Yes, but lucky for us, he doesn’t know who is daughter is.”

“How can that be?”

“Your guess is as good as mine,” Malory said.

“You mean to tell me out of hundreds of agents, thousands throughout the country, the only agent suited for a double role here is an arms dealer’s daughter?” He marched around in a circle trying like hell to hold it together. “What’s the matter with you people?” Since when did a handler double as an agent in the field?

Malory arched a brow. “You people?” He frowned. “Watch yourself, Marcs. Remember who you are and remember which ‘people’ you represent while you’re at it.”

“This is not okay, Malory!”

“I don’t recall asking for your approval or your permission, Marcs.”

“Well maybe you should. Maybe if you’d talk things over with me before you sent in a new agent to play with the boys, you’d realize that sending a woman here is not your best play!”

“And why is that, Agent Marcs? Hmm? The way I see it, they’re no different than you. We’ve warned our guys to keep it zipped and we’ve told our ladies to keep their legs closed. Why can’t any of you follow orders?”

Logan snarled. “That’s a damn lie. You may tell your guys to keep their cocks in their pants but when a woman comes on the scene in a bust ready to come down, she’s told to find her mark, get on her knees, and spend as much time as she can on her back, too, while she’s at it.”

Malory smirked.

Logan hit his mark there. He didn’t need verification.

“Why would you try to get her inside and have her handle placed agents, too? It doesn’t make sense. This shit will blow up in our faces!”

“She scored higher than any agent in any field office on every test the Bureau has, Marcs. Not only is she top-notch, she’s also determined.”

“Super. So she’s determined? Did it ever occur to you that Sampson was determined, too?” That was an understatement. If Sampson had had his way, Logan would be ten feet under by now. “Damn it, Malory. This arrangement wasn’t your best choice.”

Malory walked to his car. “I only came to tell you who Autumn is. You can let her know you’ve been apprised of her position. My understanding is, she’s at the clubhouse now.”

“Surely to God, you had two agents, one to place as a handler and one in Jake’s bed, if that’s where you wanted her and clearly it is.”

“This isn’t normal protocol, Marcs. For the sake of conversation, I’ll give you that. It may very well be the only time we ever see something like this happen.”

“There shouldn’t have been a first time,” Logan grated out.

Malory took a deep breath, seemed to debate revealing more, and finally said, “This may be the perfect time to test that. Autumn’s father had her brother killed. Fain Lake was one of the best undercover agents in the country. He brought down several motorcycle gangs out west.

“Cav Delbauchy, her father’s right-hand man, found out what he was doing and decided to have him killed. He had one request when he turned Fain over to the Devil’s Angels out west. He wanted them to torture him, but he wanted to deliver the fatal shot.

“Now Cav is watching Autumn’s every move. Cav Delbauchy isn’t just Morris Lake’s number one guy. He’s also a murderer with at least a half-dozen agent kills under his belt. We want Cav. We want Morris. We want the MC. And no one wants to take down all of the above more than Autumn Lake.”

Victory met him at the door. “Oh my God! What took you so long?” She grabbed the candy bars from his hands.

Logan snickered. “I ran into a couple of bikers looking for the Angel’s clubhouse. Nothing I couldn’t handle.”

Victory was already ripping open the candy wrapper. “Don’t tell Devon. He has me on some kind of healthy diet and apparently is worried to death I’ll gain a lot of weight with the baby and won’t be able to shed the pounds later.”

Logan watched her devour one candy bar and then the next. Impressed, he thumbed the door behind him and said, “Want me to go hold up the local convenience markets for all the candy I can carry?”

“Would you do that?” Victory asked around a mouthful of chocolate.

About that time, a door slammed in the distance. The dim lighting in the clubhouse prevented Logan from making out faces, but he was definitely able to make out what they were waving around in front of their bodies.

“Fuck!” Logan pushed Victory behind him, grabbed his piece from the small of his back, and swung his pistol forward. “Not your brightest move, fellas!” His heart was pounding and pounding. Over his shoulder, he hissed, “This is the real deal, Victory. Go get Sassy. Hide the women. Alert the men.

“Somebody in the club has pissed off the wrong man. And Morris Lake isn’t anyone we wanted for an enemy.”

Chapter Seventeen

“I’m here for Autumn Lake.” A throaty voice filled the air. “If you hand her over, we’ll leave peaceably. If you don’t, we’ll take you out one by one.”

Logan gripped his piece like it was the only one he had. From where Jake was standing, he could see Marcs clearly. He also spotted Scott gathering weapons from underneath the bar, but by the looks of the burly fellows blocking the doorway, they were better prepared for a war than the Heroes and Rogues.

When Victory had barged in his room, she’d said this was the real deal and she hadn’t been lying. Then again, Victory wasn’t like the typical broad. She cut right to the chase when lives were on the line.

Unfortunately, the spitfire at his right did the same. “I want you to go hide with the other women.”

“No way,” Autumn said. “Besides, they’ll smoke us out. Cav and Dad are both here.”

“Which one is your father?” Jake asked.

“The one on the far left.”

Jake searched the room. Thanks to a smoke-filled room, low dimmers, and a support post, he couldn’t tell much about her dad. “Autumn, please. Go with the women.”

“Quit wasting your breath and their time,” she said, tilting her head to the other wall. “Cav has been watching my every move. He will not leave without me. He knows I’m here.”

“What’s this about?” Jake asked.

Autumn’s father spoke, “Mr. Marcs, do you know who I am?”

“I don’t care who you are. You walk in this clubhouse with assault rifles pointed at me or anyone else here and the only thing I need to know is pretty clear. You’re an enemy and we ain’t gonna be friends.”

He clucked. “I’m not sure I agree. See, if you give me Autumn, I think we can be the best of allies.”

“Who is this Autumn and what is she to you?”

He stepped forward. “She’s my daughter.”

“Is that him?” Jake asked, lifting his forty-five.

“Yes.” She didn’t hesitate. Apparently there wasn’t a lot of family love between father and daughter.

“I have to go. If I don’t, he’ll start a ten-second count and take everyone out in this clubhouse. Then, they’ll set this place on fire. I know how they operate.” Autumn pushed by him.

“Wait!” Jake grabbed for her but missed. “Damn it, Autumn!” His corded veins throbbed in his neck. His head felt as if it were ready to explode. The woman who had so easily stolen away with his heart had just walked into the direct line of fire.
