Test Drive (Crossroads Book 3) (16 page)

Justin nodded because what Drew said made sense. “What about you?” Drew asked.

“I was a good boy. I actually didn’t have sex for the first time until the summer after I graduated high school.”

“No shit?” Drew asked, the surprise evident in his voice.

“Partial lie. When I lost my virginity is true, but I sure as hell didn’t want to be a good boy. Christ, I think I jerked off more than any guy at my school. I also knew I was gay so I had no interest in sleeping with women. There weren’t a whole lot of options for me.”

“Who was your first?”

Justin shrugged. “Just a random guy I met at a club. He was older. Wanted to fuck a twink, which I was at the time. I didn’t want to be a virgin forever, and there you go.”

“Damn that sounds…”

“No, no. If you’re going to say it’s sad, it really wasn’t. It is what it is. We both got what we wanted. Look at you. You really are Mr. Fairytale, happy endings.”

“No, I’m not.” Drew playfully pouted before Justin asked him something he’d been thinking a lot about.

“How do you think your family will react when you tell them you’re bi? Will it be a big deal?”

“Hmmm,” Drew said and then it was his turn to kick a small branch that made its way to the beach. “That’s a good question. I think they’ll be surprised and likely a little confused. I doubt bisexuality is on their radar but I won’t have to worry about being disowned or anything like that. My family doesn’t really work that way. Jacob doesn’t really care who I am or what I do as long as it doesn’t get too close to his perfect world, and my parents will just see it as another way I’m different from the rest of them, I guess.”

The softness in his voice made Justin think maybe he was a little sadder about that than he wanted to let on. Not just the part about his parents but about Jacob, too. “What’s the deal with you and Jacob? There has to be more to it than you’re letting on.”

“You’re awfully chatty today.”

“I’m always chatty.”

“True,” Drew conceded. “Let’s see. I already told you we’ve never been close. We’re extremely different but I think part of that is typical sibling stuff.”

Justin had an idea of what Drew would say before he said it. “Let me guess. There was a woman?”

“There’s always a woman.”

“Or a man.” Justin looked over at him and cocked a brow.

“Another truth. But yeah, there was a woman. Jacob was in love with her…or he thought he was. I’m not sure. He didn’t look at Iris the way he looks at your sister.”

Justin almost stumbled at the mention of Shanen. Drew reached out and grabbed hold of him, then pulled him closer, wrapping an arm around his shoulders. “So yeah. He loved Iris. She kissed me. I didn’t stop her as quickly as I should have. Don’t get me wrong, it didn’t get out of hand, but it took a minute for me to get my head straight and stop it. She admitted we kissed before I had the chance. None of the details mattered—that she kissed me, that I said no. For him it was just me trying to take something or someone that was his. Jesus, I think…I think he really believes that I wanted to hurt him for whatever reason.”

Then he was a fucking idiot. That wasn’t Drew. There was no doubt in Justin’s mind about that. “He should get to know you better if he thinks that.”

Drew glanced over at him, pulled Justin’s head closer, and kissed the top of it. “Thank you. I’m not perfect, though. I’ve thrown it back at Jacob in anger. I’m not innocent. We’re like oil and water, the two of us.”

Justin wondered how Jacob would feel if he knew about the two of them. That they were friends…that if Justin was at home, back to his life, and he’d met Drew, that they would’ve likely considered themselves to be in a relationship right now.

They continued walking down the beach while the clouds kept getting darker, but it didn’t deter them.

It was a few minutes later when Drew said, “Can I ask about your dad?”

“Yep,” Justin replied because he knew it was coming…and somehow it was okay because it was Drew asking.

A few seconds later, Drew added, “I think I just did. Nothing specific. Just tell me about him.”

So Justin did. He talked about his dad coming back into his life and how he’d become his best friend. How he’d taught him to ride even though he didn’t love it with the same passion that Landon did. They talked about camping and sports and his father’s support when he came out. There had never been a second that his father had a problem with his son being gay.

And it felt good. Really fucking good, even though his father had been lying to him the whole time.

CHAPTER SEVENTEEN

Somehow, they beat the rain. They’d spent hours on the beach, part of it cold and trembling, but it hadn’t started to pour until they made it back to the truck.

The drive home was much like the drive there had been. They talked and laughed and gave each other shit. Before they got into town, they made a stop at a Whole Foods store to grab something for dinner. Drew knew they both understood that they made the stop there because the chance of running into someone he knew was less likely. He wasn’t sure how he felt about that…or if it should matter. He just knew things needed to be easy right now and keeping this between the two of them, protecting it, felt easier than anything else.

After they parked and got out, Justin nodded to the building beside the store. “I’m going to run into the drug store and grab a few things you’re sorely lacking. I’ll meet you when I’m done.” He winked and then jogged away, wearing Drew’s hat. He forgot Justin had stolen it from him in the truck.

He chuckled to himself as he made his way into the store to grab what he needed for the teriyaki chicken stir-fry he planned to make tonight, while Justin got to shop for condoms and lube.

Forty minutes later, they pulled into the driveway of his house.

“It’s relaxing out here,” Justin told him as he waited for Drew to unlock the house.

“It is. I love it. No one bothers me here. You should try out the hot tub on the back deck. Maybe if the weather clears up.” He liked that Justin seemed to feel comfortable at his home, that it was a place for him to get away from everything.

Drew started dinner while Justin made another call to his dad from the kitchen table.

“No, I wasn’t at work today. I met a friend and we hung out.” Drew looked over his shoulder at Justin’s statement, and Justin shrugged as if he didn’t know what to say. The truth was, it shouldn’t matter if the two of them were friends. It shouldn’t matter if they were fucking either. And maybe it wouldn’t.

When Justin got off the phone, they finished cooking together, and then ate. Justin teased him about eating healthy and missing fried foods, and Drew told him he was lucky he didn’t force a protein shake down his throat. The rain started coming down again, so the hot tub idea was shot. “I’m going to take a quick shower,” Justin told him.

“Go for it. There are clothes in my drawers. You can wear anything. I’m just going to do a few things down here and then I’ll be up. I’ll take one after you.”

It was so strange, how they’d stumbled into what basically felt like a relationship. Or the start of one at least.

Justin went upstairs and Drew rinsed the dishes and loaded the dishwasher. Before heading upstairs, he grabbed them both a beer.

The shower was still running when Drew got to his room. He called out, “I brought you a beer,” loud enough for Justin to hear him.

“Great. Wanna bring your ass in the shower with me next?” Justin replied, making him roll his eyes and chuckle.

He set the beers down and made his way into the bathroom. Justin’s long, lean body stood beneath the spray, water on the glass making it harder to see him, but Drew definitely saw enough. “Jesus, you’re fucking bossy.”

Justin turned his way. “Hey, I asked. I didn’t demand. But even if I did, would you really argue? I mean, we’re naked. Well I am, and if you hurry your ass up, you will be too.”

Okay, so he had a really good point there. Drew pulled his T-shirt over his head and dropped it to the floor. “I’m coming, I’m coming.”

Justin paused, then opened the shower door, and goddamn Drew’s dick went hard on the spot. “Not coming yet, but you will be soon.”

There wasn’t a doubt in Drew’s mind that he was right.

He finished stripping out of his clothes and then stepped into the enclosed shower with Justin. It was big enough that they could fit without touching and he suddenly wished he’d designed a smaller shower.

“Get cleaned up. I already did.” Justin nodded toward the showerhead and stepped back a little. Drew took his place, standing backward and dropping his head back to get his hair wet.

He hissed, pleasure shooting through his body when he felt Justin’s hand wrap around his erection. “I’m not going to get anything done if you do that.”

“But it’s such a pretty cock, I can’t help but want to touch it.” He stroked and Drew’s knees damn near gave out. “And this.” He rubbed his palm over Drew’s pubic hair. “I hate it when I get a man out of his clothes and find out he shaved. Trimming is fine, but who doesn’t want rough hair scratching against their face when they’re sucking dick? I love burying my face in it, almost as much as ass.”

Drew’s arm shot out and he steadied himself on the wall. “You keep touching me and saying shit like that to me, and my balls are going to empty before we get a chance to do much. Fuck, that feels good.” And it did—Justin’s rough hand against him. His deep voice talking to him. Drew’s fucking toes curled into the floor of the shower.

Justin stepped back and held his hands up. Drew immediately wanted to pull him back. Why had he opened his mouth?

“Fine. I’ll be good. You have three minutes. I’m not making promises after that.”

Drew grabbed the soap and took care of business. He cleaned his body, listened to Justin suck in a deep breath as he watched Drew soap up his balls. The second he finished with his whole body, Justin was on him.

Their mouths crashed together and their tongues wrestled. Justin pulled him closer, undulating his hips and making their dicks rub against each other. They stumbled, fell against the wall, and laughed against each other’s lips.

“You make me crazy.” Justin spoke close to his mouth. “It’s like you take me somewhere else. All the outside stuff is on pause and I just get to live in the moment. How do you do it? How do you take me away from all of it?”

Justin’s mouth ravished his again before he had the time to answer. He wanted to tell Justin he felt the same way. No, he didn’t have the same things going on, but Justin made him crazy, wild.

They thrust their hips together as they ate at each other’s mouths. He felt that sweet burn in his balls, the slight tingle that begged to explode into a full-on orgasm.

Drew grabbed Justin’s ass, squeezed the globes as they made out like kissing each other was their air.

“I want to play with your hole.” Justin squeezed his hand between Drew’s ass and the wall. “I want to watch my finger disappear inside you. Lick you. Spread your cheeks apart and feast on you.”

“Oh fuck.” Drew’s dick jerked against his stomach and he damn near blew his load. “You’re making me feel like a fucking virgin here.”

“Have you ever had anything in your ass?” Justin asked before licking a path down Drew’s collarbone. “I know you haven’t been eaten out.”

No, he hadn’t been eaten out but that was about to change, and he couldn’t wait. “I’ve fingered myself. Played around. It feels fucking amazing. I want to feel your fingers stretching me. Want to know what it feels like to be rimmed by a self-proclaimed master at ass eating,” Drew teased and there was more laughter. But the truth was, even before he’d fingered himself he was always fascinated by the idea of ass play. As much as Drew liked to do the fucking, he foresaw a very versatile future for himself.

“Prepare to have your mind blown,” Justin told him.

“You’re confident.” He liked that about him.

“I’m honest about my abilities. Now turn around and let me work my magic. I can’t wait to get a taste of you.”

Drew turned and Justin pushed him over to the back of the shower, keeping them out of the spray. He put a leg between Drew’s, telling him to open them, which he did.

Drew let his arms lean against the wall to hold himself up, as Justin’s hands moved down his ass.

“You have a nice butt. Do you work out?” Justin asked.

Crazy motherfucker. “Sometimes. I’m not real big on the gym.”

He held his breath when Justin kneeled behind him, suddenly more thankful than he could explain that it was this man with him right now. That it was this man he’d met at the club and who was going on this ride with him.

“Liar,” Justin said before he bit into Drew’s right cheek. “Put your ass out a little more, baby.”

Drew froze at the term of endearment. He didn’t have to look behind him to know that Justin did too. That the word
baby
had slipped out accidentally.

It was Drew who recovered first. He did as Justin told him, pushing his ass out more and then he shook it. “Don’t leave me hanging. Jesus, I need to feel your mouth on me.”

That was all it took to get Justin back in the game.

Drew cursed when he felt Justin’s finger rub against his rim. He started softly and then increased the pressure. Then his finger was gone and it was replaced by his warm, wet tongue in quick, short strokes lashing across his pucker.

The pleasure started at that point and then shot throughout Drew’s body, ricocheting around.

He gasped, groaned, pushed back farther wanting Justin’s tongue inside him.

Justin reached between Drew’s legs, fondling his nuts, playing with them and teasing them as he worked Drew’s asshole with his tongue.

“Fuck, Justin…So good. That feels so motherfucking
good.”
It was like all of his favorite things put together giftwrapped just for him.

“I knew you’d like it.”

He felt Justin smile against his crack.

“Hold yourself open for me and I can really play.”

It didn’t occur to him to be embarrassed about having someone back there. Drew grabbed his ass cheeks and spread them wide just as Justin dove in. He licked at Drew’s hole, long slides of his tongue, from his taint to the top of his crack.
