“Ada I can’t hold it back anymore” he cried out.
Ada sucked down his shaft taking him into her mouth deeper with every movement. She rolled his balls in her hand while she stroked the underside with every downward suck. Her tongue swirled over the head each time she reached the top of his shaft.
Travis’s hips were working like pistons and she was fighting hard to not gag at the depth in which he was in her mouth. She could feel him trying to hold back his orgasm, but she wanted him, she wanted to taste all of him. Ada gently used her nails to scratch down over his balls and the underside to his thighs, he groaned again and by the third scratch Ada felt Travis’s balls tighten as he thrust in deep and his cock pulsed shooting seed after seed down her throat. His roar echoed throughout the room a mix of pain and pleasure. Ada continued her onslaught of suction until he wrapped his fingers into her hair and pulled her off him. Travis lay on the bed shaking under the powerful orgasm. Ada couldn’t help but feel very proud of her effort. With a sudden growl Travis flipped Ada onto her stomach and spread her legs.
He clasped her backside and lifted her hips gently. Slowly but firmly he fed his cock into her. She felt her pussy pulse and stretch as he guided himself in. She tried to push back against him, but he held her tight in position. Once he was full seated inside her, he reached around with his other hand and circled her bundle of nerves that were hopping and dancing in anticipation. Ada groaned and pushed back against Travis. She rocked her hips back and forth feeling his cock move slightly inside her.
She closed her eyes and focused on the feeling between her legs. The pleasure that he brought her with a single touch, she could feel her orgasm begin to build deep inside her stomach. She continued to rock back and forth as her pussy began to clamp around him when she moved faster. The faster she moved her hips, the more pressure and faster Travis circled her clit. Ada couldn’t hold back as the orgasm flooded her, she screamed out his name over and over as her juices ran down the back of her legs, covering his thighs.
Travis slowed his onslaught on her clit as she trembled under the weight of the orgasm. Slowly he began to move his hips again. And like a tidal wave she felt the aftershocks begin to give way to another surge. It wasn’t long before they were both screaming in a joined orgasm.
They fell to the bed completely satiated, puffing in fulfilment. Ada untangled her body from Travis and kissed him gently on the lips.
“You believe me when I say I love you don’t you?” Travis said.
Ada took Travis’s hand and put it on her heart.
“Feel it” she said.
Travis closed his eyes and Ada sent her true feelings to him. She opened every door of her heart and allowed his spirit to flood freely in. She watched as tears slipped from his eyes. She knew it was overwhelming for him to feel such honesty and not be filtered. Travis opened his eyes and smiled.
“Thank you” he said.
Ada smiled and kissed him again on the lips. They spent the rest of the afternoon tangled in sheets and body parts until there was a knock on the bedroom door.
“Ada, Morrigan needs you” Rachael, Morrigan’s youngest daughter said through the door.
“I’ll be right there” Ada called in return.
“Well I guess the honeymoon is over” Travis laughed.
Ada smiled and stood from the bed heading to the shower. It was safe to say that they managed to sneak in one more fun filled session in the shower before heading downstairs to meet with Morrigan.
Chapter Twenty Seven
“Hear my words that I might teach you. Take my arms that I might reach you.” Simon and Garfunkel
Ada and Travis rounded the corner giggling and kissing one another, they noticed that Morrigan was seated in the library a book pulled out and perched on her lap. She was reading through the pages at break neck speed. Ada stopped and watched as a frown formed on Morrigan’s face.
“What’s going on Aunt?” Ada asked.
“Your Father stupidly believes he can fight Abaddon alone” she said with an air of annoyance in her voice.
“What? Where is he?” Ada asked panic gripping at her throat.
Morrigan looked up from the book and shrugged her shoulders.
“I don’t know. He was ranting this evening about Nephilim and killing Abaddon then he stormed out of here” Morrigan said going back to her book.
“What are you doing?” Ada asked.
“I’m memorising an ancient spell. It’s the only known spell to give more power to a Witch and call the ancestors to fight with her” Morrigan said.
Ada stepped closer and began to read over Morrigan’s shoulder.
“I never knew about this spell” Ada said.
Morrigan shook her head.
“Of course you wouldn’t have, you’re still young.” Morrigan said dismissively.
Ada sat on the floor beside Morrigan and watched her as she continued to go over the spell.
“Aunt? I saw Mum last night, she’s not dead. She’s being held by Abaddon in the Warlock sacred stones. Frankie was the rat, Dad killed him last night.” Ada said.
Morrigan stopped reading and looked over at Ada. Her brow creased in a frown before she shook her head.
“Why would your Father lie about your Mother’s death?” Morrigan asked.
Ada shook her head with a shrug.
“He might not have” Travis said stepping further into the room.
Both Morrigan and Ada looked up at him; he came and sat down beside Ada in front of Morrigan.
“He may have been tricked. Frankie was able to shape shift you last night. How much more powerful is an Angel than a Shapeshifter? He may have tricked Kade and that’s why he couldn’t revive Merza” Travis explained.
It made sense. If she had not long been dead, Kade should have been able to revive Merza with his blood. But he couldn’t. It was possible that Abaddon had shifted some human to look like Merza.
“Oh God. I need to find my Dad” Ada said as she shot to her feet.
She couldn’t let him go and fight Abaddon alone.
‘Where are you?’ she called out trying to sense where her Father was.
Ada couldn’t sense his presence in the near distance. She went down to the basement and saw that it was empty. She continued to send her feelers out to Kade’s home, to her home, to the authority. She couldn’t sense him anywhere. Ada felt panic begin to grip at her throat.
“Frankie” Ada called but felt a sudden sadness.
She couldn’t call on Frankie anymore. Her heart ached for the loss of her friend. Ada shook her head and wiped at the tear that escaped her eye. She felt Travis’s arm slink around her shoulders. She leant her head on his chest.
‘I miss him. It hurts to know that Frankie betrayed me’ she said into his mind.
Travis leaned forward and kissed the top of her head. Ada closed her eyes and breathed in his scent. She reached into her pocket and took her phone out. Karla answered on the first ring.
“Karla its Ada. My Dad has gone rogue. Morrigan said he was going to kill Abaddon.” Ada sighed and rubbed her free hand over her face. “Karla. My Mum isn’t dead. I saw her last night. She is being held in amongst the sacred Warlock stones in the woods. If Dad goes to try and kill Abaddon alone he will die and that will be the end of the Nephilim”
“Oh Jesus” Karla said. “I think I know where he will be”
“Where? I will meet you there” Ada said.
Karla told Ada to meet her at the home that they had thought Abaddon was holed up in. Ada swung the door open of her car and Travis got in the passenger side beside her. She drove at break neck speed the whole time trying to communicate to her Father. But it felt like he had put a block up to prevent her from speaking with him. She could feel panic and anger gnawing at her insides.
When she pulled up in front of her home she could see her Father’s car in the driveway. Karla pulled in behind her. Ada sent out her feelers into her home and the house next to hers that Abaddon was supposed to be using as his hideout. She could feel her Father’s presence but it was weak. It was as if he was underground. Karla came to the driver’s door and Ada wound down the window.
“I can feel him in Abaddon’s house. But it’s not strong. He doesn’t appear to be hurt, but it feels like he is underground” Ada said.
Karla nodded.
“I think we should go into your place and make a plan on what to do” Karla replied.
Ada nodded and got out of her car, with Travis close behind. As they reached the door Ada suddenly stopped reaching out her arms to grab hold of Karla and Travis. Her face drained of colour as she turned to them.
“What’s going on?” Karla asked.
Ada pulled them to the side of the house that held the large dining room window. The three of them stopped at the window that looked into the room. She could see in the edge and noticed the familiar large black wings of Abaddon.
“What the fuck?” Ada whispered.
“He must be looking for your Father” Karla whispered.
Ada sighed and sat down in the damp night grass. They watched as Abaddon rummaged through the house, turning it upside down.
“What the hell are we going to do now?” Ada whispered.
“Let’s go back to the authority and make a plan” Karla replied.
Ada nodded and slowly began to move back towards her car. She stopped and turned to the house.
‘Dad, please be careful. Don’t be rash and don’t be stupid. Let me help’ she pleaded to her Father’s mind.
Instantly she felt a sense of calm wash over her, which told Ada that her message had been received. Ada sighed and continued onto her car and headed to the Aje Authority to make a plan and gather reinforcements. Ada was frustrated. She knew she wasn’t strong enough to fight Abaddon on her own. But she wanted him dead. She didn’t want to think about the possibility of losing her Father or her Mother. Everything seemed to be moving too slowly for her. But the logical part of Ada’s brain continued to assure her that they needed to be smart. To go in half-cocked would just end in disaster.
Chapter Twenty Eight
“Never put your faith in a Prince. When you require a miracle, trust a Witch” Catherynne M. Valente.
When Ada, Travis and Karla arrived at the Aje Authority the place was crawling with Paranaturals. Most of them were Witches from the covens in the area. Ada looked around and noticed Morrigan standing in amongst a group of women instructing them about the new spell she had learnt that morning. Ada went to her and Morrigan embraced her.
“Ada, I’m glad you’re here.” Morrigan said. “We need to hold a ceremony to bless you with the powers that you need to defeat Abaddon”
Karla had come up beside her.
“What spell is it?” Karla asked.
“It is an ancient spell. Generally the Witch Queen has the natural ability and powers and when she dies that power goes to the next in line. Who in this case is Ada; but because as we discovered Merza isn’t dead yet in a trance Ada doesn’t have her Mother’s powers. I saw it last night and thought it strange. However, the fact that Ada saw Merza in the trance makes sense. And I remembered our Mother teaching us of this spell in case something happened to her” Merza explained.
“Right; what is needed?” Karla asked.
“We need to go to the woods, to the sacred Witch stones” Morrigan said.
Karla nodded and Morrigan began to busy all the Witches to head to the sacred Witch stones. Every Paranatural group has sacred stones. These stones hold a strong power. They are used for special ceremonies, ones usually during war. It wasn’t something that happened so often anymore since the Paranaturals tended to live in peace with one another, so the stones had sat dormant for many centuries.
As the crowd of Witches entered the woods, the silence again became deafening. There was not a cricket, a bird or an animal. It was just an eerie silence in amongst the darkness. The group of Witches arrived at the stones and immediately began to undress. Morrigan instructed Ada to step into the centre of the sacred stones. The ground underneath her feet was damp and the air about her held a chill, but not enough to make Ada uncomfortable. Upon the stones were carved sacred passages that had been etched by the ancients and as Ada reached the centre, the stones began to glow in anticipation. The Witches circled the outside of the stones and clasped their hands.
The Witches stretched their entwined hands to the sky and began the slow and purposeful chant. With every sentence uttered the glowing passages became brighter. Soon Ada could feel the wind begin to whip around her ankles, swirling the fallen leaves around her legs. The chants grew in tempo and volume and the passages grew brighter still until they were too bright to look at without pain.
It didn’t take long before the chants became an indecipherable screech that pierced Ada’s ears with pain. She felt the light from the passages begin to draw power from each Witch. Amongst the bright white light from the passages, she saw a line of blue light zap from each Witch to the centre of the stones. Ada turned on the spot, watching each Witch emit the light. She could feel her heart begin to race as fear slowly climbed through her body. The light crept forward and reached Ada’s feet. She felt the torrents of power creep up her body. Touching her skin with a buzz and filling her bones, muscles and nerves. The power tickled at first but then it became an intense pain, burning until her body felt like it was a throbbing fire.
