My Bad Boy's Secret: A Bad Boy Billionaire Romance (36 page)

Jake and I swore to be completely honest with each other. That meant that for the first time ever in my life, I told someone about who I really was and what my life was like. I told Jake about every single detail I could ever recall about myself. I revealed to him the hardships I had been through in excruciating detail. Reliving those memories was more painful than I imagined. I initially didn’t want to share them. I knew that most people would judge me negatively and hate me if they knew the truth about what I went through. That was one reason why I always kept to myself, even though I wished I had more friends and people I could trust. I hoped that Jake wouldn’t press me for more information, but he insisted that I tell him everything and leave out nothing.

“I won’t care about anything you did or anything anyone did to you,” he said with the passionate and sexy confidence that he always had that made me fall for him. “You’re my lover, and I will always love you no matter what’s in your past. I want to know everything about you, good and bad. You will know everything about me as well.”

So I told him. I was more honest with him than I ever was with anyone. I cried more times than I could even guess as I told him about growing up poor with no future, having no friends, never enjoying a real family, having to fight for everything, believing that I would die young, being starved, bullied, and raped, and being used as a sex slave. I was sure that Jake would hate me. He would take back his words and call me a disgusting whore who deserved to be alone. He would cast me out, abandon me, and forget that I ever existed.

Instead, Jake kept his word. He just listened as I talked, and didn’t judge me at all. He let me speak whenever I wanted to. When I finished sharing, he hugged me and thanked me. He said that he was proud of me for being so open.

“So what will you do now?” I said through my tears and sniffles.

He looked at me quizzically and smiled. “What now? Nothing. You’ve told me, and I’ve listened.”

“But I know you won’t want me anymore,” I insisted. “You know what I went through, and how awful it was. Why would you still want me?”

“Will you please understand once and for all that I don’t care about any of that?” he boomed. “You’re mine. I love you, and you love me. That is all. Listen. None of what happened to you was your fault. You don’t have to feel sorry. You didn’t hurt yourself, other people did. You’re not dirty, tainted, or used. After learning about everything that happened, I love you more than ever. You never have to apologize about your past. Other people may hate you, but fuck them. The only thing that matters is that you belong to me, and you are happy and healthy today. You never have to care what people think. You are as normal as anyone else. My only priority in the world is keeping you happy. No matter what you do, I will love you.”

The day Jake said that was without a doubt the best day of my life. As a way to help me heal, Jake told me of an idea he had. He suggested that I revisit Hornhead and get rid of everything and everyone that ever hurt me. I agreed instantly.

We arrived in Hornhead, and I began setting the town on fire. I burned the church, police station, stores, signs, streets, and homes. I shot and killed the people I still recognized, whom I hadn’t seen in years. I saw my old bullies and tormentors, and I made sure that they died painfully and realized that the girl they used to hurt was now taking their lives. I bombed every house and made sure that there was no place left to hide. I saw the woman who gave birth to me, somehow still alive, and called to her. She turned and saw her daughter all grown up. It was the last image she had before I pulled the trigger and sent a bullet ripping through her skull. I killed my siblings, teachers, neighbors, and everyone in Hornhead. I let no one survive. Finally, I sent a nuclear missile to hit the center of town and erase everything from existence.

When I was finally done, Hornhead was no more. I was proud of myself. I relished my revenge, and Jake was equally delighted. Destroying my hometown was cathartic. I finally put my past behind me, admitting what happened, and acknowledging that I was comfortable with myself.

For the next several years, Jake and I lived happily together. Every day was exciting and different. I dealt with tricky and interesting problems, and I never felt bored. Jake loved me unconditionally. I never knew it was possible for me to love someone so much. As crazy as it sounds, I believed that my life was perfect. I finally pursued and acquired happiness, and I never wanted to let go of it.

Chapter 6 – Jake

I had nothing to do on the flight to my destination. In these idle times, I liked to reply memories of happy moments in my life. That meant that I rarely ever thought about my childhood and adolescence, and I spent most of my time fondly reminiscing about meeting Addy and spending time with her. I often felt that I was born thrice; once when I came into the world, another time when I left the world behind and joined the Crew, and finally when Addy joined me and became part of my life.

I didn’t just sit on my ass when I thought and dreamed, of course. I usually had someone pretty by my side, and today her name was Sabina, my new pawn-in-training. Time would tell if she would be of any use to me. Either I’d have my way with her for a few nights and be done with her in a couple weeks, or she might help me significantly. If it turned out to be the latter, I would be greatly surprised. I’d have to see if she lived up to her promises, but I was doubtful.

So far, she had one strike in her favor, and was making a somewhat good impression on me. Her hands were making the impressions on my back, squeezing and twisting the muscles and wringing out suppressed aches and pains. For such a small girl, she certainly surprised me with her strength. I was entirely naked, and I lay on bed while Sabina kneeled behind me on her knees. Occasionally, she put her chest to my back and used her body to give me an even more thrilling rub.

I sighed with satisfaction. “You’re very good at this, Sabina. Where did you learn to massage so well? You know, I could just hire you right now to be my masseuse. Even Addy doesn’t make me feel like this often.”

“Um, I never learned how, sir,” replied Sabina shakily. She sounded scared and uncertain. “I never went to any school or had any teacher. I just practiced on people and got better at it. Are you happy with how I’m doing?”

I chortled. “Of course I am, girl. I wouldn’t be zoning out here if you weren’t doing a good job. If you didn’t know what you were doing, I’d have stopped you a long time ago.” I swerved my head back a little to look to her. I didn’t say anything. My glance was enough to signal to her that I was satisfied, and that she should avoid asking me any stupid questions. I never had any patience for statements of the obvious.

Sabina was naked as well. When I looked at her, her face, which was already blushing heavily, somehow turned even redder. Her shyness left me both delighted and exasperated. When I told her to undress, she gave me a stare that looked like I just ordered her to kill herself. This recently deflowered virgin was still so apprehensive about getting intimate. She was an entirely different thing compared to Ada, who approached sex with much more bravery. I of course welcomed women who were eager for sex, but shy girls were more fun to unravel. They were a challenge, and not just any man could seduce them. Fortunately, I’m always up to the task. I reminded myself to be gentle with her, and take our relationship slowly. She had to be coaxed and taught to please me.

I turned my head again and smiled reassuringly at her. I wanted her to be comfortable around me, especially when we were naked and in bed. “Relax, Sabina, I won’t do anything to hurt you. I like you, and I want you to like me as well. If there’s anything we’re doing that you’re not happy or comfortable with, please let me know. I’ll never force you and hurt you. I want to see you smile, not cry.”

Sabina evidently was a little appeased by what I said. She tried smiling back, but she still looked edgy. I pushed my arms down on the bed and made a motion to get up. Sabina got the signal and got off my back, giving me space. I took in another view of her pale and slender form. Her skin was whiter than fresh milk, and it allowed the thousands of freckles dotting her body to shine even brighter. The tiny brown dots pulsed and shimmered, inviting me to take control of her body and play with her as I pleased. Pale pink nipples centered on her firm breasts, which were smaller and wider than Addy’s breasts and the breasts of most other women, but no less enticing. They begged my mouth to suck and taste them. With her taut skin, willowy limbs, and youthful features so sharp and gorgeous that they needed no makeup to attract attention, Sabina was young enough to convincingly be an adolescent. I hadn’t had a redhead by my side for some months, so she was a prize worth bagging.

“Tell me,” I began as I lay on my back and pulled Sabina to cuddle beside me, “how does a beautiful little thing like you go through life for so much time and manage to keep your virginity? Any mortal man would go insane seeing your beauty and not being able to have you.”

Sabina still blushed and tried to avoid my gaze. “I just never found someone I was comfortable losing it to. I wanted to find someone worthy,” she said, looking up to me now, “like you.”

I liked her flattery. “Good answer,” I congratulated her, and kissed her full ruby lips that glistened with lip gloss. “My back feels better. Now massage my chest,” I ordered. She immediately complied, which I silently approved of. Any woman with me needed to take orders quickly.

“You’ve done well so far,” I commented. “But we’ve only just begun. We’ll need to see if you’re as good in the field as you are in bed.” I tilted my head up. “If I look into your background, I’m not going to find anything I won’t like, will I? Say, for example, anything showing that you ever worked for or currently work for law enforcement? Or anything showing that you’re here to infiltrate us?”

I saw Sabina tense up and gulp, and her hands slowed down. “N-no, sir. I promise, you won’t find anything wrong at all. I’ve never been a cop or agent. I’m not infiltrating. I’ve been honest with you. I want to help you, that’s all.”

She was even more nervous, but that was expected. I needed to probe further.

“So if you say you’re not a cop, then what are you? Be honest, because if I find out you’re lying, I’ll make you regret it.”

She shivered and brought her hands to her arms to cover herself. “My family is from Florida. They’re drug dealers. We’re small time, so you probably never heard of us, but I grew up with the drug trade. We ship a lot of different drugs. That’s why I came to you. I wanted to make more money for my family and work with someone as famous as you. I heard about you from friends. Everyone says you’re the best and toughest, and you control all the industries. I can hook you up with new supplies for a cheap price, and you can sell it. Please don’t hurt me, I’m not planning anything. I’ve been totally honest with you. You can check online and see that I’m not lying. I’m just an ordinary girl.” She was trembling and whimpering again.

I got up and hugged her to give some comfort. “I believe you, for now. Please don’t act like this. If you say you are what you are, then there’s no reason to be fearful. Now, work a bit on my legs. They’re tired from so much walking.”

We arrived at a port in south Florida. Sabina led me to an empty warehouse, and I saw that it was packed with cocaine, meth, and heroin.

“Where did you get all of this?” I asked her with amazement. I was seriously impressed.

She shrugged. “My family gave this to me. The first shipment is free. For later deals, we’d like a 20% share. Is that all right?”

I checked the drugs. They were very fresh. “Ten,” I offered.

              “Fifteen?”

I considered it. “Deal. Now let’s load this up and go home.”

All we had to do was pick up these drugs and go back. I would then find a buyer for them. It seemed like an absurdly easy day of work. Of course, everything proceeded too smoothly. Halfway back to the ship, disaster struck.

I was lying back and embracing Sabina when the plane rumbled and I hit my head against the roof. I heard an explosion that thought that we were dead. The plane was wobbling harshly. I got up unsteadily and looked out of a window. I had trouble believing my eyes.
