Then, the child born under the April constellation is an Ares. This child will be the one who will be the liaison between the humans and the Were. They will travel all over the world promoting the harmony that is needed for both races to coexist. There were more shifters, than just the Werewolves, and making the decision to come out into the open was going to be difficult. All shifter communities needed to be involved in planning the Revelation.

After April is, of course, May, the Taurus. This will be the spiritual adviser and historian of the Council. This Wolf will confer with the past notes and make sure the Council is not making the same mistakes the previous Council made. They will record our history as it happens, and make sure that future generations have documentation of shifter history.

The child born in June is one of the most unique among the zodiacs, Gemini, the twins.

This was Reggie and Casey. They will be the only ones who share a month, and will share the seat on the Council. They will be the financial managers of the Pack. Because of the responsibility, and the task being so vast, two children needed the gift. The current Council had amassed a great fortune and the Denver Pack was extremely prosperous. They needed to build more room for the new members of both Packs as well as making sure that each member was taken care of. Quin and Jaden would never allow anyone in their Pack to want for anything. It would take a team loaded with financial people to normally run the funds from a Pack. The twins were going to be in command of the group.

The next child is born in July, a Cancer. They are the overseer of mates. Lacy had been the newest member to the New Council. Her gift allows her to see who is supposed to mate and who is not. They are also the protector of the mates, should anyone force a mating or abuse a mate, and they are the ones who will deal with it. Quin did not tolerate any abuse of a mate in the Denver Pack. They had heard stories of other Packs that used their females as slaves, and refused to do anything like this. The overseer of mates for the Council would have a big job trying to clean up the mess in America. Quin and Jaden spent half of their time calling the Alphas from other Packs and reporting mate abuse that they heard about. Lacy was a witch, she and her mates had just settled in their job. Jordan wondered for a minute if she could tell her if these men were actually her mates.

Devon was born in August. He is the Leo, the leader of the Enforcers of both the Denver Pack and the Council Pack, the leader of their army, a natural protector. Should he wish, he could challenge Quin, of course he would never do that because he does not want the headache. He is perfectly happy being the Beta. Devon was going to be the leader of all the Betas. He would set up training for them and make sure that they were doing their job as well as making sure the Enforcers did theirs. He was like the military leader in the United States, the highest ranking General in the Were community. If there were a war with the Rogues, Devon would be leading it.

Next in line is Virgo, the child born in September. Cloe will be the medical adviser. She will work with the human doctors to understand the physiology of the Were, and will be the trainer of the Were doctors. Cloe was mated to Beta Darien, and actually, they shared a bond with another member of the new Pack, Teagan.

The child born in October, Libra, will be the Pack builder. They will be responsible for setting up a new Pack and knowing what is going on in each of the Packs and report to the Council. Once the Council officially moved to Denver, there was sure to be an influx of Packs starting in the United States. Many of the Packs for Europe had small Packs in the States, but Quin knew that they would grow and be much larger than they were now.

The next is the child born in November, the Scorpio. They are considered the oldest of souls and will be the consultant with the previous Council, using them as a resource, should the Council need them. There was much to be learned from humans and other Were. Quin wanted the Old Council to be advisers, but they needed someone appointed to help with organizing them.

Finally, the child born in December, the Sagittarius will be the liaison between the other shifters and the Council. They knew there were other shifters, all with different hierarchies, and this person will be the go-between for the groups. Most of the shifter community kept hidden, even from fellow shifters. Once they became public, it would be a huge job to organize all the different communities.

Jordan sat back and looked at the screen again, she was in shock. She hated to actually think that he was telling the truth. She hated to think that her parents had lied.

Larkin leaned over her and typed. „HOW DO YOU KNOW ALL OF THIS? IF I AM TO

BELIEVE YOU KNOW THESE THINGS ABOUT MY PAST, THEN I HAVE TO KNOW

HOW."

She nodded and leaned a little into him. She really hoped that Larkin and Romy were going to stick with her, at least until they figured this stuff out. She was not sure yet about them being her mates. She had heard how it was when you found your mate, the overwhelming desire to be with them. But since she was not a shifter, she did not know if it were true. Maybe they just felt a connection because they had chatted for so long.

„OF COURSE, I UNDERSTAND. I KNOW THESE THINGS BECAUSE I WAS THERE. I WAS PART OF THE OLD COUNCIL. I AM ALSO PLEASED TO TELL YOU THAT I AM

Romy looked at her and hissed. Shit, he hissed at her. She frowned and said, “Bad kitty.

I ran into this strange guy after work that gave me the creeps. I really hope that he is not my mate. Besides, you don"t have control over me. I can see who I want to.”

“Keep thinking that, baby girl. When your ass is red from the spanking you are going to get from denying our mating, it will remind you exactly who you belong to.” Larkin said grinning.

Romy nodded and then said, “Don"t even think about disobeying us on this. You are our mate. We knew it when we walked into the building. I don"t know who this man is, but he is not your mate.”

Jordan looked at the two again and then said, “Look, you can"t just come into my apartment and announce we are mates and expect me to believe it. What if you are wrong, what if he is really my mate? If I remember correctly, if you mate to the wrong person, it could end badly. I refuse to be forced into something until I know for sure.” She said firmly and then looked back at the screen.

What the hell was wrong with her? Two gorgeous men were sitting in her apartment telling her she was the one for them, and she was arguing and saying she may have other options?

Romy and Larkin hissed again and then leaned back with their arms folded. She refused to be intimidated. She ran a huge company and ate guys like these for lunch every day, she could handle them. She was going to take this slow.

Jordan sat back and began to chew on her perfectly manicured thumb nail. The lady who did them was going to be pissed. She hated it when Jordan bit on the end of her nail. She watched the screen, refusing to look at the men who surrounded her. She could feel their stares. Maybe she should not have invited them over, but she had been a little scared when she was here alone.

She wanted someone to share this with. Whoever this guy was, she was certain that she was not his mate. She would not have felt the repulsion that she did when they met.

Romy and Larkin were different, she felt like she was on fire. The need to touch them was hard to control, but she knew that she had too. There was no way she was going to be mated to anyone until she had some answers about her past.

Jordan was sure that this guy was yanking her chain. He had to be trying to get to her brother who was on the Council. Her parents had warned her when her brother mated Casey and Devon that there might be a time when someone tried to exploit her relationship with her brother. She refused to be the weak link in the family. She would not allow anyone to use her relationship with her brother to advance themselves.

Jordan sat back again and sighed. She was going to have to call her parents and brothers and talk to them. This sucked. Tears formed in her eyes and she sniffed.

Burying her face in her hands, she sat and began to sob.

Romy and Larkin both responded and put their arms around her. They sat in silence, holding her and letting her cry out her emotions.

Chapter 4

The Master sat back and smiled. She was going to come to him, he could feel it. Soon they would be together and mated. He would be able to go back to Milliken and surprise those assholes with the fact that he was a part of the Council. Once he was in, then he would be able to slowly take control. They would see that he was smarter than Quin.

They would realize that coming out to the humans was a mistake. He was not going to allow this to happen. Then he would arrange for those stupid bears to have an accident and Lacy would be his too.

Together they would be able to rule the Pack. Quin and Jaden had no idea the power that he had, with these women, he would be unstoppable. The thought of that made him hard. He grasped his cock and began moving it, thinking of the two women who were going to be his mates. He was thrilled at the mates he had chosen. His true mate died many years ago. She wanted the same things he did, but before they were able to complete their plans, she had been killed. It was Oliver"s fault. He had ordered her and other Enforcers to seek out his child.

His mate knew who took them and led the party astray. When the other wolves found out, they had killed her. Oliver had not even apologized to him, saying that the betrayers in their midst deserved everything they got. Of course, Oliver had not known she was his mate. They had not mated, deciding to wait until he, The Master, controlled the Council. In one fatal minute, his world had been changed.

The anger had consumed him. Oliver had no clue who he was dealing with, so he had stayed where he was. As Oliver"s lap dag, waiting for the moment that he could tell the stupid old man who he was. He was the one who had betrayed him. He was the one who had led the Rogues in their plan. He was the one who would take over the New Council and lead them into the new generation. They would use their powers to profit from the humans, make them their slaves. The New Council would rule the world by the time he was done.

He stroked himself faster and faster as he thought of the women and his plan. They would be his slaves, he was positive. Even if they did not want to at first, they would come around. He would make sure of it.

When he climaxed, he was thinking of Jordan telling her parents that she knew she was one of the Chosen, and hated them for lying to her.

Chapter 5

Romy and Larkin had stayed with Jordan that night, but they had slept on the couch together. She had been a little surprised when they had kissed each other good night and settled into the large sectional together. They had not told her they were bisexual yet, but she had to suspect. When they had chatted, both of them had often referred to each other and living in the same apartment.

Had she thought they were roommates? Larkin thought and smiled. She was in for a surprise if she thought so. He could hear her shuffling around in her bedroom. She had not slept much last night. Neither had they, Romy and Larkin had lain awake for several hours talking about their new mate. They made plans about how they would court her.

She had a lot going on right now and they wanted to help her not get in the way. They could be patient.

Larkin planned a night of romance in his head. They would talk to her parents and sort out this mess and then the rest of the day would be for them. They would take her to the spa for a nice massage and pampering. Then they would pick her up and take her to their favorite restaurant in Minneapolis. After their meal, they would return to their apartment and show her where they lived. She would love it.

Their apartment looked over the entire city. They had a penthouse in a building a few blocks away. The apartment took up the entire floor. It was an open design. Their panthers loved the outdoors and so they had bought the penthouse and revamped the whole thing. When you walked in there was a huge living room and kitchen area, all done tastefully in a southwestern style. Then off to the left was a small hallway that led to a bathroom and a master bedroom, and two guest rooms. This took up half of the floor plan. The other half was an outdoor/indoor jungle. It had trees and flowers, grass and a small pond. They paid handsomely for people to tend to the area but it was worth it. Their panthers loved to lie out there in the summer, warming themselves on the large rock they had put in there.

Jordan was going to love it. He was sure of it. Together they would move all of her stuff in. They had plenty of room and she belonged there. Their bed was huge. Since both of them were rather large men, they had a custom made super king size bed. It would fit all of them comfortably.
