Lillian gave birth to a healthy son with
golden hair like the sun and as handsome and strong as his father.  No one could have been as proud as Eriik as he showed him off to his kinsmen and villagers alike.  One afternoon, while their new son, Lars, was suckling at his mother’s breast, Eriik sat down to cuddle both his heart’s desires, “What a lucky boy.”

grinned.  Her husband was always thinking of ways of the flesh and she was always pleased he was so inclined.
