Chapter One

Jewel never thought she’d have to say it, but frankly, her ménage relationship with Donovan and Oscar had become boring, predictable, and stale. The three of them acted more like old married fifty-somethings than three trendy, young, ménage-sharing twenty-somethings.

They should be eager to jump into bed together or fuck up against the wall, filled with raw passion for each other. Instead, Oscar was so tired after work he fell asleep on the sofa in front of the television, while Donovan sat at the table surrounded by a mountain of paperwork he’d brought home from the office. At night, in their apartment, instead of screams of passion, there were soft snores from Oscar, and groans of frustration from Donovan as he hunted for missing pieces of data.

“We’re all still young. We should be in bed having sex,” she said aloud in the living room.

Neither man paid any attention to her.

She had the feeling that even if she stripped off, Oscar wouldn’t wake up, and Donovan wouldn’t notice unless she started dancing on the table between him and his spreadsheets.

“You’re not listening, are you? I may as well be invisible!”

No response.

The way Jewel saw it, she had two options -- find herself a new relationship or kick the men into action and reignite some passion in their existing threesome. Jewel slitted her eyes and gazed critically at the men. Donovan had short, blond hair, deep blue eyes, was a fraction over six feet tall, and looked like a muscular Viking. Under that boring, plain, navy blue sweater, he had an intricate tribal tattoo across his right upper arm. He also had a large cock that he knew how to use to hit her just right to bring her to a screaming orgasm. Not that they’d done that too often lately.

Oscar slumped on the sofa, his red head thrown back against the top of it. He had the very fair skin and pale blue-gray eyes common to redheads. He also had a lean, lithe, runner’s build, making him appear taller than his six-foot-even height. His cock was a mighty fine piece of equipment, too. Oscar and Donovan were both bisexual, comfortable with fucking each other, or fucking her, or fucking as a threesome.

It wouldn’t even be so bad if the men were fucking like bunnies.
At least I could watch them. But lately, no one here is getting any!

So, what was she going to do? Walk out on the relationship or try to put some spark back into it?

They’d had such fun when they’d first gotten together. Every day had been a new adventure. Even cooking meals and doing laundry had been a shared time of exploration. She’d never forget the time they’d fucked her on the washing machine. Someone had suggested the motion could be an erotic enhancement, and nothing would do but for them to try it out. Donovan had climbed up to sit on the washing machine, then Oscar had lifted her up onto Donovan’s lap. As Donovan had fucked her, she’d sucked Oscar, who was standing on a chair to get his cock level with her mouth, and the three of them had come laughing and screaming as the spin cycle bounced them around.

She doubted even suggesting they do it again would inspire Oscar to stay awake or drag Donovan away from his spreadsheets.

In two weeks it would be Christmas. Her workplace closed down for the week between Christmas and New Year. So did Donovan’s. That’s why he was under so much pressure to have all his work projects finished. But Oscar only had the actual holidays off work.

Donovan and Oscar were coming with her to a huge, extended family lunch on Christmas Day. There’d be a million people in the restaurant. Half of them she’d only recognize from the handy, color-coded family nametags they’d already been given to prepare for the gathering. Other than that, they had nothing planned. Jewel decided she’d be thinking of something special to do. Something really exciting, to snap the men out of their lethargy and put some spark back into their romance.

What she needed to do was work out how to put the fun back into their relationship so the three of them actually enjoyed the holiday season, instead of just sleeping through it.

It was up to her if she wanted to save their relationship, and the time to do it was now.

Well, fuck! How am I going to do that?

Jewel had raced into the store during her lunch break to grab a few items for supper, and found herself humming along with the old song
White Christmas
. On and off during the afternoon, whenever she had a spare moment, she found herself thinking about the song. She had an idea the Bing Crosby version was one of the best-selling singles of all time, thanks to its mix of melancholy with comforting images. Could she use that as a sort of game plan to get her relationship back on track? To re-inspire the men with passion and energy? Or should she just give up and look for a new man or men?

No, dammit! She did love them both. She’d never stopped loving them and was pretty sure they still loved her and each other. It was just that they were all tired and worn out. What they needed was a good kick in the ass, and a time to refresh and refocus the way they interacted with each other.

So, hmm, how to do it? Yeah, well, that was going to be the hard bit. Something about white and Christmas. Something with nostalgia and comfort, yet reinvigorating vitality.

On Christmas Eve, most businesses would stop work at midday for a party and some drinks. Afterward, some workers would go out to a bar for more drinks, while others would be hurrying home to prepare for the holiday. Since the holiday party they were going to on Christmas Day was at a restaurant, they didn’t need to come home and bake cookies or prepare food to bring. And since it was a huge event for the extended family and connections, and general present-giving would be horrendously expensive, or chaotic, or both, each person had been assigned one other person to buy a gift for, the gift to be valued at twenty-five dollars. All the gifts would be labeled and placed under the tree. Santa Claus would hand each person their gift.

Jewel was sure neither Donovan nor Oscar would have bought their gifts yet. So something nostalgic might be shopping for their gifts together, after work on the twenty-fourth. Building up some of the excitement for the season. Now all she needed to do was add something sexy to that. An adult store? No, family-friendly gifts would be better. Children would be at the event too. But afterward, afterward... She needed to think of something evocative for them to do together on the night of Christmas Day and again on the twenty-sixth. Or something they could continue doing together as an ongoing activity.

Well, hell. This is going to be harder than I thought.

“Remind me again. Why I am being dragged through a million stores looking for holiday gifts instead of still sitting at work, enjoying the free beer?” asked Oscar in a mournful tone of voice, but with a twinkle in his eyes.

“Because you love me,” replied Jewel, batting her eyelashes at him dramatically.

“Because you don’t want to look like an idiot tomorrow. The only person there with no gift, more likely,” said Donovan.

“Yeah, that too,” said Jewel, leading the men at a brisk pace through the crowded store.

“Do you have to walk so fast?”

“Yes. I have more things planned for after the shopping. Things you’ll both like.”

“You do? Oh, well, in that case...” Oscar hurried after the other two.

The entire floor of the store Jewel had brought them to was devoted to the holiday. A child-size train ran on tracks around the floor space. Small children rode on it, laughing and waving at their families.

Father Christmas himself sat in splendor on his big, red chair. A line of families waited to see him, and a trail of happy children left after their visit, contentedly sucking lollipops.

Jewel maneuvered Donovan and Oscar to the men’s section, letting them look at holiday ties, socks with cartoon characters on them, executive toys and games, silk boxers with suggestive pictures, and row after row of just about anything that could even vaguely be considered an appropriate gift.

“Oh my God!” said Oscar, holding up a pair of boxers with ‘Bite Me’ written across the butt.

“What about this?” suggested Donovan, holding up a DVD set of the latest TV series.

Jewel leaned back against a shelf and smiled as she watched them become less tense, more relaxed, almost lighthearted, as they searched the stock and found plenty of things to laugh about.

They made their choices, after which she led them quickly to the women’s section where she selected a few things, including a gigantic bottle of bubble bath.

“That all adds up to more than twenty-five dollars. They specifically said the gifts for tomorrow were only supposed to cost twenty-five dollars,” objected Donovan.

“Good to know you can count,” Jewel replied, hurrying them to the line to pay.

Once out of the store, she headed quickly along the sidewalk, moving steadily northwest.

“Where are we going now? I thought we only needed the one gift for tomorrow?” asked Donovan.

“Oh, is this the way to the something else we’re supposed to like? Are we going out to eat? I wouldn’t mind some food,” commented Oscar.

“Only a couple more blocks now,” Jewel said, ignoring their questions.

She took them to a large city hotel, collected a keycard from the reception desk, and hustled them into the elevator. She swiped the keycard and pressed the button for the twelfth floor, watching the two men exchange raised eyebrows and shrug. Jewel couldn’t help the grin that spread across her face.

“Are you sure we’re going to like this? Or will you be the only one who appreciates it?” asked Oscar warily.

“You’ll enjoy it, I promise you. It wasn’t too painful going shopping with me, was it?”

“No, actually that was quite fun. I was very tempted to buy those boxers,” he replied as the elevator door dinged and opened.

Without explanation, she led them to the room and swiped her keycard again. Flipping the light switches, she left the two men standing in the entry and walked into the bathroom. She’d asked for the hot tub to be filled and bubbling ready for her, and it was. With a wicked grin at herself in the mirror, she pulled the giant bottle of bubble bath out of the parcel of things she’d just bought, and upended half the container into the hot tub.

Less than ten minutes and the place should be full of bubbles,
she thought with her naughtiest grin.
If that doesn’t make them a memorable White Christmas, nothing will!

Pulling the bathroom door half closed behind her, Jewel walked back into the main room of the suite, hoping Oscar wasn’t asleep in front of the television yet.

But both Oscar and Donovan were standing in the main room, still looking around in a confused sort of way.

“Take pity on us, Jewel. We’re only men, remember. Why are we here? Are we supposed to have sex? It’s a big bed, but we’ve got one of those at home,” asked Donovan.

“Or are we on our way somewhere else? But there’s no luggage with costumes for us to change into or whatever,” added Oscar, looking all around.

“Tonight is my holiday gift to us all,” began Jewel.

“Oh no. Was I supposed to buy you a gift, too?” joked Oscar.

Jewel swatted his arm lightly. “I thought after the shopping you might be ready to relax and have some fun. You’ve both been working so hard lately, I thought it was time we had an opportunity just to play. So get naked and come into the bathroom, and we’ll play.”

“Play in the bathroom? Not play in the bed?” asked Donovan.

“Well, likely we’ll play in the bed later. But right now we’re going to play in the bathroom.”

“I like shower sex,” said Oscar, kicking off his shoes.

“Good point. I do, too,” added Donovan, pulling his sweater over his head.

Jewel watched them as she undressed. They were both incredibly yummy in totally different ways. Oscar’s pale skin was a delightful foil to his red hair. His long, lean limbs were muscled, but wiry. Donovan was much broader across the shoulders, his torso more triangular in shape. She grabbed lube and condoms out of her purse, left her clothing folded neatly on a chair, and walked into the bathroom. Exactly as she’d planned, the hot tub was piled high with bubbles, and more bubbles danced on the outer rim of the tub. A few had broken free and were floating in the air.

She put the lube and condoms on the sink, within easy reach of the tub, and sank down into the water. It was lovely -- warm enough that they could have part of their bodies out of the water without feeling cold, but not so hot as to make them too relaxed and sleepy. Always a consideration with Oscar!

“Holy shit!”

“What the fuck?”

“Doesn’t everyone dream of a White Christmas?” she challenged them.

“Only your seriously warped brain could dream of this as a White Christmas, but I can think of some good things to do with these bubbles.” Donovan stepped into the tub and scooped a handful of foam and painted it across his chest. Laughing, he made a circle of bubbles around his nipple, then a line of them arrowing toward his cock.
