‘I...I...didn't mean to do anything to her, it was just an accident.... just coffee... I.....I’m s...’
‘
Shut the fuck up.’ came the reply from Craig. He was still squatting on his haunches next to Gavin. He now had a gun in his hand, draped over his knee.
‘What’s a matter freak? Not getting enough from the old lady huh? So you just gotta go out and take it eh?’ Craig was venomously whispering in his ear.
‘No... no... it wasn’t like that, it was just an accident. I wouldn’t... I'm sorry... where is she? I’ll do whatever you want just leave her out of this please’
Craig now realised his mistake, he hadn’t searched the house once they had gained entry. Why would he? No one would have thought the freak had a wife or girlfriend. Not in a million years. The guy always kept himself to himself. Never came out with the lads, still... he was never invited. He was always having conversations with himself, and they weren’t just random mutterings under ones breath. The guy used to gesticulate and point things out as if there really was someone else there that he was talking to. Yep he was a proper fuck up so Craig didn't blame himself for his folly. He just hoped she wasn’t upstairs calling the old bill now. He motioned to Pinky with the gun.
‘You better go see if the old lady’s upstairs and bring her down’.
Pinky stepped over Gavin and climbed the stairs. As he got to the top he could see there was a window to the left at the end of the hall. It had a yellow vase with yellow flowers protruding from it. Even the curtains that framed the window were yellow, definite woman’s touch he thought.
On the wall next to the window was a door, he tried that one first. The light switch was just to the right. This room was empty except for the furniture but he thought he should just double check. The room was very sparsely furnished. There was a bed on the right hand side freshly made with a bedside cabinet next to it and a wardrobe with drawers on the left ha
nd side. As he walked into the room proper he noticed a desk on the inside against the wall. The walls were all painted yellow in here too, with blue curtains framing the window ahead.
He opened the oak wardrobe, nothing in there but spare coat hangers.
It was obviously a guest room,
although he couldn’t imagine The Freak having many guests.
He left this room and walked back along the hall past the stairs to the next room. It was opposite the bathroom which he could see was empty as the door was open but he turned the light on and popped his head round the door just in case... no one there. If she was in the house it had to be the next room. He turned towards what he suspect
ed was the main bedroom. A shiver of anticipation ran down his back from the nape of his neck as he turned the handle.
There was a woman lying on top of the bed, s
he must have been asleep. The curtains were open and the moonlight was flooding the room. He didn't flick the light on as he didn't want her screaming.
He could see that she was
actually naked on top of the sheets. The moonlight was caressing her body and he could see she looked fantastic,
too good for the likes of The Freak.
‘What a bod’ he whispered.
He began to wonder if he should have some fun with her himself before he took her downstairs, but put that thought to the back of his head almost as soon as it entered, Craig was waiting for him.
Gavin could hear
Michelle’s cries for help as she was carried down the stairs. She was unceremoniously dropped about three feet in front of him. He could see she had been hurt. There was blood trickling from her nose and her face was bruised, she was also naked. She had been expecting him home from France, so had probably showered and doused herself in his favourite scent and lay upstairs, just waiting and ready to please him with showers of naked kisses and cuddles before pleasing him some more, but instead of her man...
He daren’t think what Pinky had done to his princess, but he swore he would kill them all for this.
Phil, who had been just sat on the sofa up until now going through all of Gavin’s personal belongings an
d breaking things came over and knelt by Michelle. He grabbed her by the hair and brought her head up to meet his. He planted a kiss on her lips as he fondled her breasts.
‘So dis the woman you been gettin’ all irate about bwoy’ he asked in his broad Caribbean drawl.
‘Get your fuckin
’ hands off her’ Gavin struggled against the rope but it was no use. He was spitting a mixture of blood and spittle now. He felt useless. Michelle was struggling with Phil but to no avail. He was a big man; his hands were all over her.
‘She didn't do anything... please leave her alone.’ Gavin was distraught. Michelle was the only thing that made his life worth living. She was reaching out for him, imploring him to help her and yet all he did was sit and watch, he tried to break free but couldn’t. Craig was tapping him on the head with the gun.
‘
So...this your woman is it? This is the woman ya been cryin’ about?’ asked Craig in a rather amazed tone. ‘I thought you were some kind of sicko but now I know for sure... now we all know, don’t we boys?
’
There were harrumphs of agreement.
‘If I were you I’d take her back and trade her in for an older model. I can’t tell if she’s shaved or just not hit puberty yet’ said Phil. As he said this he had one hand clasping her hands together whilst the other stroked her most private of places. Gavin was now crying and pleading with them but he knew it was no use.
They were all sick mothers bent on hurting him no matter how. It was all just a game to them. He began to withdraw into himself, closing his eyes to the horror before them, hoping he could find some kind of happy place there. Craig had different ideas though. He belted him across the head with the gun again. He wasn’t about to let him close his eyes to this. He knew how he was gonna hurt the little freak now,
he was really starting to enjoy himself.
What Craig did next shook Gavin to the core of his very soul. He stood over Michelle and unbuttoned
his jeans.
‘I
think we may need a little lubrication here boys’
he said. He then spat on his hand and began rubbing it between her legs. Pinky held her arms outstretched on the floor above her head in a star shape. Craig then lowered himself onto her. Gavin tried not to hear her screams as Craig entered her. She was screaming and kicking out at them but it did her no good.
‘I am so sorry my love’ whimpered Gavin, for apologise was all he could do now.
Over the next half hour he witnessed the three of them beat, abuse, rape and bugger his girl right before his eyes and all he did was watch. He knew she would never be the same.
They had ravaged her body. But still she turned her head towards him as Phil pulled out of her and buttoned himself up.
‘It’s not your fault baby. I will always love you’, upon hearing these words he hung his head in shame. Even now after everything. She knew he wasn’t to blame. She was the only one who ever believed in him. He swore if he made it through this, they would all die for what they had done to her.
Now that
they had had their fun Craig sent Phil out to the van parked down the road. He ordered him to bring it up to the drive and bring the cans in. While they waited, Pinky knelt next to Michelle who was lying on the floor motionless apart from the occasional shudder.
‘Did the earth move for ya honey?’ He said ‘What was it like bein’ with a real man?’
‘Don’t you think you’ve done enough?
’ shouted Gavin through tears of pain and hatred. He felt a splitting pain in his face as his teeth dissolved into broken tombstones. It was Craig that had side swiped him with the gun again
.
‘Done enough? Are you kidding me? We’ve just got started pal. Do you really think you’re getting out of here alive? No chance matey’
At that point Phil came back in with four cans of petrol. Gavin knew now that this was it. He really was a dead man, yet strangely enough he began to find solace in the fact that he and his beloved would soon be together again without the weights of this world holding them back.
The three men began to douse the whole house in petrol. Pinky took great delight in pouring it all over Michelle’s naked body. It looked to Gavin as if he were trying to drown her in the stuff. She was choking and trying to break free, for they had also bound her now.
Once they were both soaked in petrol along with the rest of the house, Craig ordered Phil and Pinky to go and ge
t in the van but to be sure their faces weren’t seen. Craig once more knelt before Gavin. He pulled his head up and looked into his eyes.
‘Look at me you little freak, I want my face to be the last one you ever see’. Gavin looked into those eyes of madness and realised that Craig wasn’t doing this because he had upset someone’s girlfriend, no...That was just an excuse; if anyone was the freak... it was Craig.
Craig...
satisfied that his face was the last one that the freak would ever lay eyes on dropped Gavin's head and stood up. He then lit a match and threw it onto Michelle before he left and jumped into the waiting van.
CHAPTER THREE
I feel at this point I must interject and introduce you to another integral character in this tale of woe. Don't worry about Gavin we will come back to him shortly for things are just hotting up for him.
(You will have to excuse my humour, it is a little dark.)
Have you ever wondered about ghosts, the whys and wherefores? You have no doubt watched a myriad of shows on your little magic box at home theorising as to how they come to be. Yet nobody really gives you any answers. You may have seen a ghost yourself,
(although to be polite they do prefer to be called spirits)
if you are lucky enough.
A spirit is obviously the lost soul of someone that has passed away but
has not yet passed on. I think we can all agree on that. However, to actually pass on to the place you are destined to be, then your soul must move away from the proximity of the human body’s demise within a short period of time or forever be trapped there. This is then what is commonly known as a haunting begins, some spirits don’t even realise they are dead; they just forever go through a continuous loop repeating the same set of events that brought about their demise for eternity. Then there are other spirits that are aware they have been trapped and once they realise what has become of them, they become angry. They begin to learn how to move objects with their...? With their what...? Would a spirit have a mind you ask? Well no, not exactly, it is like a floating consciousness is all, but it gets angry as you or I would. It begins smashing things, even hurting people. This as I'm sure you know is what we call a poltergeist.
And of course there are your friendly spirits. These spirits you will usually find died at home peacefully. They just don’t know how to move on, too attached to their homes and family, so they stay to watch over their loved ones.
Who I'm about to introduce you to is none of the above,
nothing as nice as that.
His name is Saul; some say he was the “Bringer of the Black Plague.” Now obviously I wouldn’t normally refer to him as a spirit, for when he was alive, he would have been called a demon. Now he is a demon spirit. Demons don’t suffer from such human ailments as old age or sickness, so it isn’t normal for there to be demon spirits. After all, they don’t have souls do they? So how is this one not alive? Well he isn’t technically alive,
(but then I don’t think any demons are really. It could be a matter for debate, but another time).
He also isn’t really dead.
For you see...a demon can only really be killed by the hand of another demon or a more celestial being, such as an angel. Yes they too exist
.. But when demons die... they just die, they don’t go on to some other plane as heaven wont have them and they have come from hell and proven themselves to be of no worth if they have been killed. So they just cease to exist...... up until now that is.
You see, Saul was a powerful demon in his own right many thousands of years ago. He has been the catalyst to many of mankind’s disasters
and setbacks. Saul was one of the right hands of God until The Great War in the heavens. He fought against the other angels along with Lucifer,
(I’m sure he needs no introduction.)
So for their betrayal they were sent below.
