As for the main setting for this book, I can tell you that the town of Hartsboro Bend is a composite of a place that actually does exist, and it actually is like a “mythological idyll”, but in that respect it resembles many other places in my beloved state, so if you come looking for it, you’re sure to find it.
For myself, I am a Vermont-based writer who has traveled extensively but always returns to the small town where I grew up. I have a passion for music (from Classical to Pop, and everything in between) and all things Irish, and I love exploring ethnic foods and diverse cultures.
