Author’s Note
I hope you enjoyed reading Blade and Maria’s story. The cover photo is of the waterfront on beautiful Puget Sound. June Akiyama is a friend and an excellent Realtor with John L. Scott in Gig Harbor. She gave permission to use her name in this book.
When I began writing this story, I called the hero Michael, but he didn’t like that name and the story wouldn’t come together until I found a name that fit. Once I changed his name to Blade, it all came together. I love to throw in something a little unexpected, like Maria being able to hear thoughts. As the mother of a psychic daughter, I know such things are possible.
There are four books in the Donatelli series.
Maxine,
the first book, is Nick’s story.
Blind Love
is Tony’s story. The youngest sibling, Alessandro, is featured in
The Inn at Dead Man’s Point
,
the last book in the series.
