On a lightly floured work surface, roll the dough into a 10-inch round. Carefully fold it in half, leaving it loosely filled with air in the middle. Use a fork to seal the edges, but don’t deflate the dough.

Bake until the pizza is golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool until warm, at least 5 minutes. The pizza should be warm, not hot, or the Nutella will melt too much (and you might burn your mouth).

With a serrated knife, cut open the flat end of the dough to make a pocket. Spread the inside of the pocket with Nutella. Sift confectioners’ sugar over the top of the pocket. Cut vertically into 6 pieces, and serve warm.

girls and I got invited to the

movie premiere, and it was so much fun. One of my favorite scenes was when Samantha covered herself in sushi and lay on the dining room table as a surprise for Smith. That just struck me as such a fun way to bring food and romance together. I think I’m going to try it some night (when the kids are away, of course!) with some deconstructed Pizza Nutella.
