Slow Cooked Miracle Paleo Brownies in Mugs

Recipe Makes 3 Servings.

Price Per Serving: $2.10.

 

Ingredients:

3 coffee mugs

1/3 cup almond butter

1/3 cup honey

¼ cup cocoa powder

1 tsp. vanilla

1 egg

½ tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice

½ tsp. salt

 

Directions:

Begin by bringing all the ingredients together into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Stir them well before portioning them into each of the coffee mugs. Make sure to only fill them about one-half of the way full.

Next, place the mugs in the slow cooker. Cook them on high for two hours.

After two hours, remove the lid from the slow cooker, allowing the mugs to cool enough to touch. Enjoy your brownies!
