Lucian's Soul (11 page)

“Lucian!” She screamed and gripped his hair as bliss fell over her.

Lucian licked and nibbled his way back up her body and lined the tip of his cock up to her pussy, rubbing it back and forth for a moment before pushing his way home. “I love you, Tessa.” Buried to the hilt, he rested his forehead on hers. “It feels like forever since I’ve been inside you. I forgot how much you feel like what I imagine Heaven is.”

Lucian took her lips to his own as he eased out. She wrapped her hands around his back and tore her mouth from his. “I love you, Lucian,” she moaned before plastering her lips back to his. He thrust back into her before he pulled out again. Her nails dug into him as he propelled into her over and over, giving her the powerful man she needed. She started to slide back on the bed so he braced them by letting out his wings. Lifting her legs, she tried helping to meet him each time he drove into her. Easing his mouth from her, she arched up into him and he leaned down and sucked on one pebbled nipple.

Tessa moaned and he swapped to the other nipple. Oh, Lucian, that feels amazing.”

Tessa’s pussy started to contract around him and he gritted his teeth as he pounded into her. Sinking his teeth into the tender flesh around her nipple, he took a small sip of her sweet, sugary blood.

“Lucian, Lucian!” Tessa screamed as she came. Her core gripped him tight, pulsating around his dick.

Unable to hold back any longer, he carefully detached from her breast, licking his entry points. He lengthened his fingernail and cut the skin above his heart. “Drink, my love.”

Tessa took what he offered and at the first pull he let go, roaring his release. The feeling of euphoria settled over him and he felt like the luckiest being in the universe. He had found his mate. She was beyond brave, had added to his family, and loved him.  “I love you, Tessa Jackson. Would you do me the honor of becoming Tessa Samson?”

Tessa took one last sip then licked his cut and eased away so she could gaze up at him. “Yes. Yes, I love you, Lucian. My Lucifer. My mate. My king. I will be yours for forever.”

Epilogue

The angels who lived were in hiding since she’d killed Gabriel, their leader and king. Tessa tried to feel guilt or shame, but she would never regret it. No one threated her children and lived.

She sat in the soft recliner, a baby on each breast, and stared down at her little ange…er, devils. They were beautiful, perfect in every way. They looked just like their father—all jet black little tufts of hair, big baby blues and full pink lips. They were going to be stunning women.

Tessa couldn’t help grinning as she thought about the look of horror on Lucian’s face when they were delivered and he was wrong, they weren’t little boys but girls.

Xore hadn’t helped matters when he’d come in only minutes after their birth and declared them gorgeous. He’d slapped Lucian on the back. “I don’t envy you, buddy, teenage years and adulthood is gonna suck.  I wonder if being Lucifer will scare all the boys away.”

Poor Lucian had turned a deathly white as he gazed down at the girls and growled, “There will be no live boys near my girls.”

Xore had just laughed and winked at her before he came over to the girls and leaned down, whispering, “Don’t worry. Uncle Xore will make sure you get to have fun.” Lucian had thrown Xore out of the room.

Teagan and Sofia already had their daddy wrapped around their tiny fingers. They so much as made a sound and he had them in his arms, offering them the world.

The twins were now two weeks old, and they hadn’t taken the babies out of the house. Lucian was worried they would bite someone, and Tessa hated to admit he was right. Teagan and Sofia bit and tried to drink the blood of everyone who had held them, bar hers. She thought it was funny especially when they bit Balthazar. It was odd, like they knew not to drink Mummy’s blood. They drank milk from her, but didn’t bite her. Tessa had been worried they would at first, but Lucian assured her they knew who she was and what they could and couldn’t do to her.

Their uncles adored them and weren’t much better than Lucian with how they treated them. Tessa worried that when they got older they would really be the meaning of the human term
devil
as they’d get away with anything.

“Morning, kitten. How are my two little devils?” Lucian came into the nursery and pressed his lips to hers before kissing the twins foreheads.

“Good. Hungry. What have you been up to this morning?”

“I’ve been putting the finishing touches on the new foundation that will help the fault… er, vision-impaired and blind people.”

Smiling up at her husband, Tessa felt her heart swell with love. Lucian was amazing. She was so lucky to have him. She’d been blessed. “You’re amazing, you know that, right?”

Lucian leaned down and brushed his lips over hers. “I love you, too. Let me take these two and you can go have a rest.”

She was the luckiest woman in world. As she smiled up at Lucian, Tessa knew she wouldn’t change him or her life for anything.
