"I've never, um, touched a man like that before?"

"What? Oh, your fantasy. I, um, I'm gonna need to clean up."

"I'll get something in a sec." She ran a finger through the cum on his abdomen and then stuck it in her mouth. Cam's eyes got wide. Fuck, that was sexy as hell. Having satisfied her curiosity she got off the bed and went into the bathroom. She came back with a warm wet facecloth and cleaned him off. When she got back from the bathroom this time she got into bed under the covers and Cam curled up around her. That is when he noticed the panties were now gone.

"So you trust me enough to not have the panties on now." She giggled a little.

"They were so wet I couldn't wear them.

"Now you're just trying to make me feel good."

"Ugh, you're awful."

"but you must like it a little, the soaked panties are proof. Now shh, time to sleep."

***

When Evie woke up it was still pitch black out. She had woken up because her stomach was grumbling so loudly. It did again and Joseph's seemed to answer hers. She giggled quietly. He'd been so intent on acting out her fantasy that they had never gotten any dinner. It was too early for breakfast but if she didn't get a snack or something she wasn't going to be able to go back to sleep. As she tried to slip from the bed a large warm hand pulled her back.

"You're not going anywhere little bird."

"You're awake?" she whispered

"Sorta, what are you doing?"

"I need a snack or I'll never be able to go back to sleep." His stomach growled loudly.

"What time is it?" Evie looked at the clock on her shelves.

"About four AM."

"Mmm, too many years of working odd shifts for me to go back to sleep. Why don't you stay here, I'll make you breakfast in bed, assuming you have any food in the house."

"Joseph, you don't have to do that."

"I know, I want to, and besides then you'll have to come up with an appropriate way to say thank you." Even in the near dark she could tell he had his devil grin on.

As they sat there grinning at each other they heard a crash of glass shattering followed by another.

"Stay here!" He yelled as he pulled on his jeans and sweater. He was in his chair and opening the elevator gate before she even knew how to respond and then he was gone. She sat dazed in the bed, what could that have been?" She didn't have to wait long to find out. Fifteen minutes later he was back and not happy.

"What was it?"

"It was probably just some kids but they took out two of the big windows in your studio. Looks like they just grabbed bricks that were lying on the ground outside. I've called it in so you'll have a police report for your insurance. It didn't look like they were after anything so either it was random or someone was trying to scare you. Anybody have a problem with you?"

"No!"

"Easy, I didn't think anyone would, just had to ask. Like I said it was probably just kids and it got out of hand. You better get dressed though the Somerville guys will be here soon, when they're done I'll get some guys in to board up the windows so you don't freeze to death. You're going to need to call your insurance too. I'm just glad you aren't one of those people that works in the middle of the night. You could have gotten hurt. I'm going to go back down and make some coffee while you get dressed." He turned to head back to the elevator.

"Joseph."

"Yeah."

"Thanks for doing all of this. I wouldn't know where to even start, I mean, eventually I'd muddle through but..."

"Hey, to serve and protect, right. Unfortunately serving you breakfast in bed is going to have to wait for a different day. Get dressed, I'll figure out something we can eat before the cops get here. I can hear your stomach growling from here." and he went back downstairs.

She should be upset that someone randomly threw a brick through her windows but all she could do right then was smile at being taken care of. She shook her head to clear it. He would probably do this for anyone, of course he was here because they had spent the night together. She blushed at the memory of last night. It was all so innocent and erotic at the same time. Maybe she could trust him with her secret. He seemed like he was willing to go slow. She'd need to figure out if he was willing to stick around because at this point she wasn't into a one night stand.

Chapter Three

By the time she got downstairs Joseph was already talking to the police. They came to the same conclusions he had. They even checked, there was a rehab going on around the corner which was where the bricks had come from. Nobody had reported hearing anything but she wouldn't have expected they would since it was so early. The cops told her that she could pick up the report for her insurance Monday afternoon and they left. Joseph locked the door between her loft and the studio when they went back to finally get breakfast.

"I want you to promise me you'll get the lock on the outside door fixed to your studio and keep it locked. I don't want any one sneaking in if it turns out that your being targeted."

"You snuck in and I like how that turned out." Everyone thought it was just a couple of kids why was he being such a worry wart.

"Evie, I'm serious. That lock is ancient, almost worthless. I want you to promise me, fix it soon."

"Sheesh, you're no fun."

He smiled at her. "Really? Who was screaming my name last night?"

"Augghh! Not fair! That was totally embarrassing."

"Embarrassing? What the hell was there to be embarrassed about? It wasn't like I didn't do the same thing a couple minutes later."

"I probably looked awful too." She felt like hiding and looked at the floor, at least this way she could hide behind her hair. He got in her face then.

"Listen to me, do you have any idea what it does to a man to bring a woman he... He's with to orgasm. There is nothing in the world better except maybe seeing your kid born. It is absolutely caveman and frankly, I wouldn't have had it any other way. You looked amazing and yelling my name... That kind of thing makes a man feel ten feet tall. I'm not sorry in the least. Actually I'd like to do it again... Soon. How about now?" She smiled at him. Maybe there was something to his total honesty thing? She felt like what ever she said would be okay with him. Maybe...

"I thought you were going to make me breakfast?"

"Its late enough now, do you just want to go out? Not some big deal Sunday brunch thing though. Wanna just go to the diner and get something there?"

"That's fine."

"I noticed you still have my T-shirt on, do I get that back?"

"No!, didn't I explain that part of the fantasy?"

"You never mentioned anything about keeping the clothes you took off me."

"I have to. Otherwise how am I supposed to feel you wrapped around me all day. This way, I can smell you on my skin. Its like you still have your arms around me."

"Evie Tolland you are a hedonist! We could go eat quick and spend the rest of the day in bed. Then I really could have my arms around you."

"I thought they were coming to board up the windows?"

"Damn, reality sucks sometimes. So breakfast, watching the Pats while making out on the couch? God, you really have turned me into a whipped puppy high school guy, haven't you."

"If you're so whipped then how come you have a big smile on your face?"

"Maybe I like being whipped." He did a Groucho Marx thing with his eyebrows and she burst out laughing.

"You're still not getting your T-shirt back."

"Aw, come on, I'm gonna freeze."

"I'll keep you warm, while I take you shopping."

"Okay, I didn't do anything bad enough to deserve that!"

"It will be quick, we'll be back in plenty of time for the game and think of all the fun you'll have letting me undress you."

"Okay, when you put it like that, shopping sounds much better. We'll still be back to watch the game?"

"I thought we were going to neck on the couch?"

"I'll multi-task. You ready to go?"

"Let me just grab my stuff and my coat."

"You wanna ride on my lap?"

"You do love that don't you?"

"The only good thing about being in wheelchair, pretty girls sitting on your lap."

"I think I'll walk, I don't know if I trust myself."

Again at the diner Evie was struck by how at ease she was around him. It was like her usual social anxieties didn't even exist with him. Joseph said the most outrageous things that what ever she said just paled in comparison. It didn't hurt that he was always complimenting her even the way he touched felt like compliments, the way he'd take a piece of her hair in his fingers and stroke it like it was precious silk, or the way he would run his fingers along the back of her hand like he couldn't touch her enough.

"So you never told me how you know Violet Bellows?" He laughed.

"The short answer is that I made my best friend, now her husband, crazy jealous so he would realize he didn't want to lose her."

"You made a pass at your best friend's girlfriend?"

"It was just a kiss and a pretty harmless one at that. Look, the guy is like a brother to me but he had this crazy idea that he didn't deserve her and was willing to let her go. Actually he already had once and I couldn't deal with the moping again. All I did was show him a beautiful woman like her would attract another guy pretty quick and it would make him insane. No harm done. They're so in love, when we go to dinner with them they won't even notice us."

"You're crazy."

"but pleasantly so. You done? You wanted to take me shopping and the game starts in less than two hours."

"We have plenty of time. We're just going to hit up a couple of places around here."

"Oh God, You're not gonna make me look like Bernard are you?" He couldn't keep the pained look off his face.

She started laughing. "Not a chance, there is a Army-Navy store nearby. We can pick you up some replacement T-shirts, and maybe a flannel shirt."

"I'm not really a flannel shirt kind of guy."

"Bummer, I love snuggling with a guy in a flannel shirt on a cold day. Makes me want to take off my clothes and rub all over him."

"You know, maybe I've been too hasty in rejecting them. I could certainly give them a try again."

"MmmHmm, thought so. Let's go"

As a rule Cam shopped like a guy. Figure out what store has what you need. Find the sales person to get you the item you wanted. Pay for the item. Leave the store. His sister and niece shopped like women and that meant he avoided shopping trips with them at all costs. Shopping with Evie was much more fun. Maybe it was because they were shopping for him, or it was because she was constantly touching him when she would drape shirts over him and then kiss him when she decided on something else. They ended up being there less than an hour and he'd ended up with a pack of T's and two plaid flannel shirts. When they got back to her place he hunkered down on the couch to flip through channels to find the game and she disappeared for a while. When she came back she was wearing the dark green and blue flannel shirt they had bought him and fuzzy socks. He was actually hoping there were at least panties under there because if not he was not gonna be able to make it upstairs before he let loose.

"Um, I thought that was my shirt?" he smiled at her, damn she did look so good in his clothes.

"I've decided that maybe these should be community property."

"And if I want to take it off of you right now?"

"But you'll miss your game."

"To hell with the damn game, there is a hot, half naked woman standing in the same room, I like football but not that much." She laughed back at him.

"I am not half naked. I have a shirt, and socks and even panties on." she lifted the hem of the shirt to show him the tiny shorts she had on. The same ones that clung to her butt making it look like it would fit perfectly in his hand. The ones that showed a slice of the bottom of her ass cheek, the ones that were making his mouth water and it hard to breath.

"Get over here." he barely managed to sound human.

"What?" she was playing coy now.

"If you want to keep those clothes on, get over here now."
God, let her put up a fight, please!
But no, she trotted over and snuggled up next to him resting her head on his shoulder and looking up at him the picture of innocence.

"Tease." He pulled her across his lap and kissed her long and hard till she had trouble breathing too. Served her right, now he was gonna watch the game and she could squirm. During the halftime show he couldn't take it anymore and twisted her around so she straddled him.

"Much better. Now in your fantasy, I never got to spend any time with these and that is not like me at all." Slowly one button at a time he opened the flannel shirt. He'd undo a button and then stop to kiss what he uncovered then he'd open the next till she sat astride him with the shirt open to her waist. She looked sexy as hell, like a wholesome version of the girls in the car calendars. He lifted her hair behind her shoulders so she couldn't hide behind it.

"I wish you could see how gorgeous you look right now. Your skin is all warm and pink from being kissed, your nipples are making my mouth water they look so delicious, your lips are full and lush, your eyes are half closed as if you're about to come for me. Evie, let me make love to you." If he hadn't been holding her she would have fallen off of him. As it was she struggled to get to her feet and clasped the shirt closed around her, hurriedly buttoning it up.

"No. Joseph, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have let it get out of hand. I..." then she bolted for the elevator to her bedroom.

Fucking fabulous, Camenitti. Smooth. He didn't know what came over him. He really did want to make love to her, not fuck her, not just sex but make love to her. She looked like some kind of sensual dream sitting across him like that. Between that, and the fact he'd almost blurted out he loved her earlier this morning maybe it was for the best if he just left. He sat there till half time ended wondering what to do. Finally, he realized whatever he decided, he wanted to make sure she was okay first. When he went to open the elevator she was standing in it. She still had the flannel shirt on, though she had buttoned it back up. She had added jeans now so she was way more covered as if she was trying to hide from him a little.
