CHAPTER SEVENTY-SIX

THREE MONTHS LATER

“This is BBC America with today’s nightly news.  We start off with news of an international task force has closed down a multi-country human trafficking sexual exploitation ring.  Stayed tuned after the break for more details.”

FAIRBANKS DAILY NEWS

What’s New in Fairbanks….

The Steward’s Ice Box, this upscale restaurant, located on Fisherman’s Wharf, has scheduled a grand reopening.   The new owners, three young women from the Ukraine, are excited about the location and are offering many salmon special dinners which will excite the pallets of their patronages.

ONE YEAR LATER

“Tom, do you take Sarah to be your wedded wife to live together in marriage? Do you promise to love, comfort, honor and keep Sarah for better or worse, for richer or poorer, in sickness and in health. And forsaking all others, be faithful only to her, so long as you both shall live?"

In the back of the church a young redhead woman entered and
sat in the back pew.

“I do.”

“I now pronounce you husband and wife.  You may kiss your bride.”

Tom took Sarah in his arms and gave her a sweet lingering kiss.  They both turned.

“Let me introduce Sarah and Tom Cassell.”

Tom looked out to the audience and saw Ginny.  He smiled.  He turned to Sarah and whispered in her ear.  She looked out and saw Ginny.  She smiled.
