He didn’t need further encouragement. With a growl, Stu heaved forward and nipped her on the breast, a full, open-mouth bite that hurt … so good.

“My turn,” Ricky announced. He’d no sooner spoken than she felt his teeth sink into her shoulder, and his cock, still buried to the hilt in her ass, jerked as he came. A dual mark to lay his claim.

Only one thing was left to be done. She turned her head, and he joined his lips to hers in a fervent kiss before breaking it off to bare his neck to her.

And, with one enthusiastic chomp, she sealed her fate, their fate. For good or ill, they were now joined.

Or, as Ricky put it in a smug, sated purr, “Now you belong to us, forever.”

Which, if fate smiled upon them, would hopefully be a long, long time.

Sunday night dinner was more crowded and chaotic than ever, especially now that his brothers had someone new to pick on. Not that Ricky let them get away with it. The panther knew how to give as good as he got and fit in quite well with the Graysons.

Despite his statement that he’d not let Ma fuss over him, Ricky never did manage to use the word no around her. The bafflement on his face when she managed to get him to wear the hand-knitted wool sweater—blue and green with a big majestic moose on the chest—was priceless. Stu naturally got a picture and couldn’t wait to hear his bellow of rage when he saw the posters he had done up with them for the youth center Ricky managed. The kids had helped in designing them, so like it or not, Ricky would have to smile and bear it. Oh, the fireworks it would create at home.

Home. Now there was a word he’d had to redefine. No longer did he live with his parents. Nope. After discussing it at length, they’d vetoed suburbia and upgraded Patricia’s apartment and Ricky’s bachelor pad to a townhouse downtown. Stu never thought he’d enjoy being a homeowner so much, but he couldn’t deny the space was perfect with an office for him, a basement gym for Ricky, and a kickass shower in the master bath that was big enough for three, to Patricia’s slick delight.

As to the relationship between him, Ricky, and their cougar? While he and Ricky had their moments, they were short-lived and didn’t result in too much damage. After Patricia finished tearing them a new one for fighting in the first place, all the heated emotions and adrenaline led to wicked makeup sex. Was it any wonder he sometimes purposely antagonized the cat? And he suspected Ricky of the same, especially when he went into his office and no sooner had he put his hand on his mouse than he was stuck to it. He got Ricky back a week later for the crazy-glue incident by greasing his barbells. And Patricia punished them both.

Good times.

It took less time than he’d expected to get Patricia to admit to the L word. It happened during one of her lectures to them about getting along or else she’d kill them. But Stu would treasure the declaration forever because, while it lacked the sappiness of a Hallmark card, it was heartfelt.

“God only knows why I love both of you idiots. But I do! Which is why I get so pissed when you fight,” she’d shouted.

“You love us?” Stu repeated.

“Of course she does. How could she not? Well, me at any rate. I am, after all, awesome. And I have the bigger dick,” Ricky retorted.

Before Stu could take offense, Patricia fired back. “I take that back. I love Stu. You, on the other hand, are a controlling, arrogant jerk.” She’d thrown that challenge at Ricky with arms crossed under her heaving breasts. Was it any wonder Ricky got out the cuffs and used them on her so he could sensually torture—with Stu’s help—until she admitted, at the top of her lungs, that she loved him too?

Another really good time.

God, he loved his new life and his freakn’ cougar.

Feeling on top of the world, Stu grinned at the room at large, the new and improved dining room, which had to expand to accommodate the much-needed, larger table. They’d had to extend it, given Stu’s new mated status.

Chris was in fine form this evening. A little bit drunk, and obviously not thinking with the right head, he tried to crack a few jokes about Stu enjoying the soap dropping so much in the slammer that he’d brought home his prison girlfriend. When Ricky clocked him in the jaw and laid him flat on the floor? Yeah, Stu high-fived the darned cat and told him he could have first turn at dessert later that night.

Patricia was less amused, probably because she was the dessert in question. But Stu would enjoy his punishment at her hands later. A shiver of anticipation went through him, and Patricia must have caught it because she squeezed his thigh and gave him a smile that warmed him through and through.

There was only one sobering thing to mar the Sunday gathering. The expanded table bore an empty seat with a place setting, a reminder and unspoken prayer for their brother, Derrick, whom they’d recently heard had gone missing in action during a routine scout of the desert while serving overseas.

Knowing his wily older sibling, Derrick was probably being held captive by a harem of women, and would emerge a hero who somehow singlehandedly won the war. Damned over achiever.

When they finally rescued Derrick from the camp where the rebels held him captive, he was a shell of himself, a broken, dirty man who snarled at everyone, even those who would help him.

Lifting his eyes, which the mirror showed still glinted more wolf than man, Derrick leered at the chubby redhead in the ill-fitting blouse and slacks. Didn’t they know better than to put someone so innocent, so delicate, so

, within reach? If they wouldn’t do the right thing and lock him up, then he’d have to do the next best thing and scare her off before he did something he could never take back.
Like tear the clothes from her succulent body and dive between those creamy, curvy thighs.

“Hello, darling,” he drawled. “How nice of the military to send me a snack. I’ve been ever so hungry for a woman.” He snapped his teeth at her and rumbled a low, menacing sound.

She didn’t recoil though from his threat. Instead, she leaned forward and with a rolled-up folder smacked him on the nose. In a no-nonsense tone she said, “Bad wolf. Behave yourself right now, or there will be no treats for you!”

Say what?!
