FIFTY SHADES OF FAT (14 page)

I month later I scored vampire blood and I was down to my skinny self again, and was lost. I managed to buy a gun for protection.

I was dealing my vampire blood to fat asses again. One night I was out of control. Two fat bitches tried to jack my vampire blood.

They held me at
knifepoint
. Two hundred bucks a pop was my street price. As they walked away I shot them both in the back and
one of them
in the head.
I grabbed the blood and ran.

The cops were nearby and I was being chased. I got in my new vehicle and drove off in high speed chase.

The cops shot at me but missed. I drove top speed in the middle of a long highway.

Eventually I drove off into the field to av
oid the cops and they followed.
I was a fugitive. I was so high I couldn’t even see clearly.

I could see there was a cliff
in front
of me.

At the bottom of the cliff was a river
. I wasn’t going to be taken alive. I wanted to die.

The edge of the cliff was near. I drove at top speed and I was suddenly in the air. I thought I was in heaven then the vehicle started going downwards.

It was darkness below. I plunged into the river and was so high I didn’t even feel myself plunging through glass of my vehicle.

It was still night. I opened my eyes and found myself on the shore, far away from where I landed.
I
could not
move.

All I could do was
stare
at the stars in the clear sky.

I was waiting for the cops to find me. But I knew they would find me dead. I was weak and bleeding to death.

I thought I would not see the
sunrise
again.

I kept passing out then waking up again. I opened my eyes and my eye sight was blurry.

I must have been close to death.

A man’s face hovered over mine. It was a very handsome face, like a dream.

The man had wavy black hair, green eyes, and was fit. The man asked me what my name was. “Emma.” I whispered.
He introduced himself as
Jared.

He told me that I was going to die, and that he could help me. He lashed out his fangs at me. Everything made sense.

He was the cure.
He offered to turn me in order to save me.

I
didn’t
want to be a vampire. I just wanted to be normal.

I realized it was the only way to stay skinny forever. It was a win
-
win situation for me. I was going to die happy or live skinny forever.

I whispered in Jared’s ear and made my decision.

Jared slowly made his way closer to my neck, his fangs lashed out, about to pierce my neck. I was about to be forever skinny…
