Alpha Doms Box Set: 9 Delicious Stories + 10 Sexy Heroes = 19 Reasons to Indulge (36 page)

It was all about choices, decisions. As an
alpha, I was constantly deciding the fate of my pack, the pack’s
business and its members. This was the one area that I didn’t have
to ponder. I didn’t have to wonder if she was the right one; I had
faith in God and Earth to give me the right woman. I instinctively
knew she was perfect for me. I had a reaction to her, one that
played on every level in every realm. And now, she was eternally
mine… almost.

I pulled back, kissing her lips briefly
before hopping off the bed. Her eyes sparkled with love as she sat
up and watched me. I dug through the scraps of my jeans until I
found what I was looking for. I pressed it deep into my palm,
hiding it from her view.

She cocked her head as I faced her.

I patted the edge of the bed. “Come
here.”

She cocked her head, considering me for a
minute. I didn’t push her. I instinctively knew she would comply.
She scooted to the edge of the bed in front of me. She seemed
thoroughly confused, yet happy enough. She was right where I wanted
her.

I grabbed her left hand and dropped down on
bended knee.

A smile split her face as tears wet her
eyes.

I kissed the back of her hand. “I love you,
Chel. I’ve claimed you as my mate, but that only works in the
supernatural world. I want you forever and always in every world,
so will you marry me?”

A single tear slipped down her cheek.
“Yes.”

I quickly slipped the ring back on her
finger, where it belonged. I pounced on her, knocking her backwards
onto the bed as I caught most of my weight on my forearms.

She laughed hitting my chest playfully.
“Hey! No rough housing with the delicate merchandise.”

Hm. If you’re that
delicate, I guess I’ll have to fuck you nice and slow every time.”
I smirked.

She sobered. “I’m not delicate. I’m curvy
and sturdy. You can play hard and fuck me hard.” She flushed on the
last line. She was adorable.

I nuzzled her neck. “I like both of those. I
don’t want to worry about bones shattering without cushion. I love
your curves.” I nipped her shoulder beside her the flesh wound that
marked her. “I can’t wait to watch your ass bounce against me as I
fuck you hard and fast from behind.”

She shuddered, wrapping her hands around my
biceps. Her nails dug into my skin, letting me know that she was
picturing it. “I can’t wait either,” she breathlessly stated.

Maybe we should save that
one for our wedding night,” I teased, grazing my teeth along her
jaw.

Maybe we shouldn’t.” Her
breathing grew heavier as her nipples pebbled against my
chest.

Hm. I think you’re right.
Maybe we shouldn’t.” I smiled.

Epilogue.

MICHELLE

I thoroughly stretched my muscles,
over-extending my limbs like a cat waking from a nap. A smile split
my face as I rolled over in bed, instinctively seeking him after
only one night in bed together. I frowned the moment I came up
empty.

Opening my eyes, I find my room quiet,
empty, and immediately felt a hollow pit in my chest. Old
insecurities threatened to mar last night’s perfection. Bryan had
made love to me every way possible it seemed. Each time was better
than the time before, each orgasm impossibly more intense than the
last. Even now, I didn’t know if I’d be able to walk.

I heard clanking in the kitchen. Suddenly,
my nose regarded the scent of bacon, eggs and toast wafting into
the bedroom through the cracked door.

I bit my lower lip, my cheeks straining as a
smile lifted them. I glanced down at my ring, feeling warmth fill
the temporary hole in my heart. He hadn’t left me. Rather, he was
taking care of me all over again.

I threw back the comforter, giggling quietly
as I caught sight of my nakedness. I’d never slept naked before,
but I had a feeling Bryan would make sure I did every night
thereafter.

He was amazing. I was a little upset with
myself for ever doubting him.

I tip-toed towards the kitchen. Before I
even breached the end of the hall, he called, “Good morning,
sexy.”

I laughed, dropping my pretense and walking
normally towards the kitchen. There would be no surprising my
alpha.

As I rounded the corner to the kitchen, my
heartbeat picked up and my cheeks ached from smiling so hard. Bryan
stood, naked in front of the stove, cooking for me.

He glanced at me over his shoulder, a sly
grin on his face. “I like what you’re wearing.”

But I’m not-” I stopped,
catching his point.

He chuckled, his brows wagging as he made
his way towards me. “Exactly.” He pressed his lips to mine, his
hands cupping my face sweetly.

My pulse immediately picked up as I placed
my palms flat on his muscular chest. I gently withdrew from his
kiss, feeling my cheeks heat. I was happy. This was wedded bliss to
me, even without the wedding part.

I stared at my hands pressed to his chest. A
need niggled inside me.

I lifted my gaze to his face. His eyes
penetrated me with his signature, intense stare. There were so many
emotions swirling in his irises, many of which I knew he saw in
mine. He’d met all of my emotional needs and most of my physical
last night…except for one.

I felt myself flush as my lids fell to
half-mast. “Will you do something for me, Bryan?”

His brows dipped inwards as he studied me,
fear slipping into his expression. “Anything, sweetie.”

I couldn’t contain my smile at the thought
alone. “Hug me.”

He breathed a heavy sigh of relief, a light
chuckle expelling with it. He held his arms open wide for me. “Come
here.” He beamed.

I easily slid into his arms, wrapping my own
tightly around his waist. He squished me to him, enveloping me.
Having my soft curves pressed to his rigid perfection felt amazing.
He felt exquisite around me in this way. It was as if he was
cocooning me, covering me, protecting me. I’d never felt more
loved, more secure; and when both were present, insecurities had no
space to slip in. I felt too much in his arms like this; I knew
happiness too well in his arms like this. And where happiness
ruled, insecurities drowned.

I love you.” I pressed my
lips to his chest.

I love you too,
sweetie.”

Smoothly, as if this was how we greeted each
other every morning, he slipped a single arm over my shoulders and
kept me glued to his side even as he moved us back to the stove. He
hugged me, peppering me with random kisses as he continued to cook
me breakfast, as he continued to prove every insecurity I ever had
with him foundationless.

Controlled Instincts

Preface.

I want you, Anna.” His
voice was a husky growl in my ear; his breath sent tingles down my
spine, the gentle vibrations tickling my clit.

He took a step back, turning me towards him
as he circled around me. He crooked a finger beneath my chin,
lifting my face until I was gazing straight into his amazing eyes,
swirls of hazel, honey and chocolate. He stared right into me. “And
I know you want me too.”

My breath hitched. I was certain my heart
was going to give out.

I watched as his eyes darkened; a faint
supernatural glow illuminated the striations of his irises. “Stop
fighting it, Anna.”

Chapter One

JAYCE

Fighting my instinct to claim the plush
beauty pounding her feet on the treadmill had been hell. She was
her own brand of sexy. I would never run out of places to touch, to
kiss and taste. I would never grow bored with her. How could I? She
was my mate. Nature said she was my perfect match.

I knew she felt the pull, nature’s magical
lure. There wasn’t a day that she entered the gym and didn’t look
my way. And there wasn’t a minute with her present that I didn’t
steal a peek at her. Her aromatic scent, with a sweet, yet spicy,
edge, was like a hand around my cock, working me into a frenzy. I
worked out to fight the sexual tension strumming through me.

I wanted to bend her over, caress her large
backside and fuck her hard. I wanted to own her; I was dying to
mark her. I wanted to claim her in every way I possibly could.

Do a couple rounds on the
bar, Dan.” I pinched the bridge of my nose, breathing through my
anxiety. Damn. If she looked at him, I would lose it.

When he didn’t move, I flicked my attention
towards him. We stood in the middle of the gym, in the perfect
position to survey everyone’s activity. I jutted my chin towards
the weight bench. “I need to know.”

He shrugged. “Alright. You’re the boss.”

Take-” I huffed, fear
shaking my usual confidence. I glanced her way. She was oblivious,
for the moment. “Take your shirt off. I want a full on
show.”

An upraised brow was his only reaction.

Don’t make this any harder
on me.”

He smirked, amusement lighting his eyes.
“For your sake, I hope she doesn’t enjoy my sexiness.”

I cut my eyes at him. “Don’t flatter
yourself.”

He laughed as he removed his shirt. He
tossed the material at me and lowered himself onto the bench. “You
gonna spot me?”

Like you fucking need a
spot.” I easily dismissed his request.

Dan was my beta, the second in command of
our pack, but there was a world of difference between us, the
largest being that he could actually shift. He didn’t sound
ridiculous claiming he was a werewolf because he had a real wolf to
unleash upon those who challenged him.

I didn’t.

Tests proved I was a full-blooded werewolf;
I had the enhanced senses and supernatural talents. I was merely
missing a wolf and they’d been unable to discover why. Though, if
you asked my mother, she’d claim I’d angered the gods in a past
life. Indeed, she was a superstitious old woman with no other
children, or grandchildren, to keep her busy.

Missing a wolf didn’t make me any less
powerful, commanding. No one in the pack defied me. I’d fought in
human form against my father’s wolf; I’d earned my place as their
leader.

While nature hadn’t blessed me with a wolf,
I was hoping she had given me with a loyal mate.

I focused on Anna. Her blonde hair was
pulled high up on her head. Despite the tight twist she’d wrangled
it into, it still bounced with every step she took on the
treadmill. A decent layer of sweat covered her. The tiny trail of
perspiration seemed to collect in the valley between her breasts.
She wasn’t overflowing with cleavage in proportion to her expansive
hips, but she had a healthy handful for me.

For me.
Fuck.
I hoped they were for
me.

It was hell watching her hips sway, her
thighs rub together and her ass gallop beautifully in front and
back. Thank the heavens I’d gone the traditional route of mirrored
walls in the gym. I saw every angle of her, every beautiful fucking
swell of her as she exercised.

Dan pretended to struggle lifting the
weighted metal bar stacked with several hundred pounds on the
ends.

I held my breath as Anna turned her
attention to Dan. She gave him a cursory look before turning her
gaze to me. She took in all of me from foot to head. If her cheeks
weren’t already flush from exercising, I think she would have been
blushing when she discovered I’d caught her. At least she didn’t
try to pretend she wasn’t looking, like so many of the women in
here. She gave me a shy smile before focusing on her exercise
again.
