City Penal Codes

Volume 01

Preface

Volume 1 of the Penal Codes is a codification of the general and permanent ordinances of the city. These codes are being kept current with regular supplementation by the Municipal Code Corporation, hereby referred to as MCC, subdivision within the Collections Agency. Codes and Regulations may be changed and/or added at any time.

Violation – Penalty

Any person violating any of the provisions of these codes is guilty of an infraction and subject to appropriate disciplinary action, including but not limited to fine, imprisonment, or transport to the processing facility.

Breach of Contract

A citizen who breaks the terms of their contract negotiated with the Agency. Breachers shall be punished to the full extent of the law and held to the original terms of their contract.

Suitable clothing to be worn

All Citizens are required to wear suitable clothing as may be determined by the city. Citizens shall furnish and maintain in suitable and appropriate condition such clothing and associated articles at their own expense.

Capture and custody of animals required

City representatives are authorized to capture and take into custody all animals. The city may offer incentive programs to encourage compliance with the animal requirements.

Water Conservation Requirements

“Water supply system” means and includes the works and auxiliaries for collection, storage, treatment and distribution of water from the source to the free-flowing outlet of the ultimate consumer.

Decorative Fountains

No person shall use water to clean, fill, or maintain levels in decorative fountains, ponds, lakes, or other similar aesthetic structures.

Public eating places

No restaurant, hotel, cafeteria, café, or other public place where food is sold or served shall serve drinking water to any customer unless specifically requested to do so by such customer.

Washing vehicles

No motor vehicle may be washed, except at a commercial carwash or with reclaimed water, unless such vehicle is washed by using a hand-held bucket or a water-hose equipped with an automatic shutoff nozzle. No person shall leave a water hose running while washing a vehicle or at any other time.

Plumbing upkeep

It shall be the duty of all persons to inspect all accessible indoor plumbing and faucets for leaks, and to cause all leaks to be repaired as soon as is reasonably practicable.

Rinsing of public spaces

No person shall hose water or wash down any sidewalks, walkways, driveways, parking areas or other paved surfaces, except as is required for the benefit of public health and safety.

11.15.a...Revealing clothing prohibited.

11.15.b...No public displays of affection.

12.12.b…No Pets.

12.12.c…No Strays.

13.01.a…City ordinance outlawing music, specifically that of the sexually explicit nature.

13.01.c...Keepsakes and other personal mementos are prohibited.

14.11.a…Citizens must carry identification at all times.

14.11.b…Citizens must submit themselves to random identification checks, including but not limited to identification cards and blood sample checks.

15.70.a…Partners will be assigned at the age of eighteen (18) based on varying matching criteria.

15.71.d…All partners shall be allowed one (1) child prior to incurring ration penalties.

15.71.e…All Citizens shall be allotted a weekly ration deemed sufficient by the Agency.

17.50.a…Harboring, helping, or assisting Breachers is deemed an act against the Agency.

17.51.a…Non-cooperation is deemed an act against the Agency.

17.52.a…All devices intended for use against the Agency, including but not limited to items that can be used as a weapon, shall be seized and destroyed.

17.53.a...Breachers shall be punished within the full extent of the law and held to the terms of their contract.

17.84.f...All citizens violating the city imposed curfew of 10:00pm shall be penalized accordingly.
