His jaw clenches as he gulps down and his eyes rake over my semi-shielded bareness. “Tessa, I need to see you. Put your hands down and show me. Show me all that beautiful.”

Slowly I move my hands, using them to cover my face instead. This is silly. The man is going to be my husband. My Husband! Oh, my God, I can’t believe I’m going to have a husband. What if he doesn’t like what he sees? Maybe we should have gone to the hotel and I could’ve hidden under the covers.

Tucker takes my hands into his and brings them towards him, away from my face, away from my body. I keep my eyes shut, scared to see where his eyes are looking, what his reaction is.

“Look at me,” he commands in a throaty whisper.

I do as instructed. His hazel eyes are on fire connected with mine. I hold his stare, my chest rising from the deep breaths. I’m anxiously gasping for air. “I love you,” he whispers, before his eyes sweep down, slowly admiring my exposed curves. “Pure perfection.”

Tucker removes his shirt over his head and undoes the first button on his jeans. “Lie back,” he says. I ease my body down across the long bench seat of his truck and he reaches for my legs, placing one on each side of his hips leaning over me. He tugs on his zipper and the jeans begin to slide down. I look up shyly, catching his eye before gazing down. I’ve seen it before. I’m acquainted with it. But I never really
looked
at it.

“Get a good look, baby. This is all yours.”

I’m looking at it. Staring. Totally checking it out. I’m breathing hard with my mouth wide open. Tucker grins at my reaction. His hands reach up again, this time turning the interior light off, bringing us back to darkness. The weight of his body rests softly on top of mine and the first thing he does is kiss me. With his hand wrapped up in my curls, the kiss he gives me is soft and tender. The kiss is love.

The rush we felt driving over here was crazed but now the frenzy is slowing down. His fingers slowly tickle and tease the soft skin of my belly. He reaches for my breasts and the dancing fingers he promised me so long ago work their magic. The enduring way he’s learned and discovered my body is a gift. Every touch sends a shockwave right through me.

I can feel him, hard and pressed up against my leg. His hand eases down and my legs tighten around his waist.

“Relax,” he whispers. “I’m not gonna do anything until you’re ready for me.”

I let my legs open back up to him and he rubs before I feel his finger. It doesn’t take long for the ecstasy to begin building inside of me. These touches are familiar and Tucker has learned very quickly how to make me cry out from the immense pleasure of them. He has also taught me how to return the favor. Now watching his face contort and hearing the blissful noises that come from him because of me are exciting and powerful. Something I never thought I’d be capable of doing.

The pleasure still builds from the soft strokes of his fingers. “I think I’m ready.” I pant.

“I love you, baby.” Tucker breathes.

He moves slowly. As he fills me, the good feelings that were building up inside me disappear. My body needs a moment to adjust to this. I think my mind does, too.

I take a deep breath and my legs ease out of their tense position and I feel Tucker sink deeper inside of me. His body moves and I wait until I’m ready to follow his lead, my own hips beginning to rock to a slow rhythm.

I still don’t feel the good feelings back yet. My fingers nails dig into to his shoulders in a tight grip.

“It takes time, baby,” he says, knowing what’s going through my head.

“I love when you call me baby,” I breathe out relaxing my hands.

“I know you do,” he says in throaty whisper, the tip of his tongue finding my earlobe. His thumb rubs gently, circling the nipple of the breast he always seems to favor. The movement of our hips, the sensual way he’s caressing me: I close my eyes, relaxing into the delightful reactions.

A sensation pools in my body, much stronger than what I’m used to. I’m not sure if I should slow my movements or speed them up. “It’s…I’m … ” I pant.

“Tell me,” Tucker instructs. “Tell me everything you’re feeling right now. I want to hear it.”

“This feels so good.” My body arches up, the feeling inside reaching new heights.

“How good?”

“So fucking good. Don’t stop. Oh, God. Tucker, yes…yes!” My words and breaths come out in short shrieks. “Tucker, you’re the first one, the only one I want inside me. Please don’t ever stop.”

“I’m yours forever, baby,” Tucker exclaims and that’s it, I can’t hold back anymore.

My hands reach, grasping for whatever I can to hold onto, as the rest of my body lets go. Tucker’s body bucks and shudders over mine. Our ragged breathing is the only sound in the steam-filled cab of his truck.

Slowly my eyes roll open and meet his intense stare. We both smile, our exhilarated breaths turn into an elated laugh.

“That was amazing,” I say.

“You’re amazing, Tessa.” His hand glides through my hair and he places a soft kiss on my cheek. “I can’t believe I’m the one who’s lucky enough to get to spend forever with you.”

“I can’t believe how lucky I am. I can’t believe you waited this long.”

“Believe me, Tessa, you were worth the wait.”
