3 Baking Potatoes

1 ½ cups Alfredo Sauce

¾ cup plus ¼ cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese

¾ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 Garlic Clove, minced

¼ tsp dried Thyme

½ tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Olive Oil

 

Method of Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Wash, scrub and dry the potatoes.
  3. Bake them on a baking sheet for about 50 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool.
  5. Cut them in half and scoop out the pulp.
  6. Reduce your oven’s temperature to 350 degrees.
  7. In a skillet, heat the oil.
  8. Sauté the garlic for 2 minutes.
  9. In a bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, thyme, garlic and pepper.
  10. Stir in mozzarella, parmesan and ¾ cup of the cheddar cheese.
  11. Stir in the potato pulp and mix to incorporate well.
