Pleasure Bound - Complete (28 page)

“I understand why you did.”

Suddenly a streak of lightning flickered overhead and Ben cursed their rotten luck.

Jacey giggled beside him.

“What’s so funny?”

“Have you ever fucked in the rain?” she asked.

Hot blood pumped through his veins at her question.

“Can’t say that I have.”

“Neither have I.”

Ben gazed up at the now dark sky. “I’m assuming we aren’t in The Acid Zone again.”

“We’re safe here.”

“I don’t suppose there are any caves or cabins around nearby to take shelter for the night?”

“The only shelter you’re going to have is me, covering you.”

He groaned when her mouth came down upon his without warning.

Her velvety lips burned against his as she kissed him. Her seductive assault made intense warmth grip his abdomen. Heated blood poured into his cock, hardening him. Readying him to plunge deep into her pussy.

It amazed him how quickly he could be aroused by her. Never in his life had he made love to a woman so many times in such a short period or wanted a woman as fiercely as he wanted Jacey.

Now he understood what his dad had meant that day when Ben had asked him how he had known he was in love with mom. His dad had merely smiled, ruffled Ben’s hair affectionately, and said softly, “You’ll know when the time comes, son. You’ll know.”

Damn, but his dad had been right.

Her kiss grew harder, more demanding, and Ben met her fierceness with an urgent need of his own.

He skimmed his hands along the long column of her graceful neck, over her collarbone, the silkiness of her arms, and then over the side curves of her generous breasts. The silky globes fit into his large hands with such perfection, it seemed as if her breasts were made especially for him. He tugged at her rings and rolled her diamond-hard nipples. She arched her back against him and he caught her aroused gasps in his mouth.

Raindrops seductively kissed his heated flesh, adding to the sexual tension building like a live wire inside him. Her tongue slipped into his mouth.

She tasted sweet. Like nectar from a beautiful flower or like honey. He shuddered with fevered passion and his senses spun as she explored every nook and cranny of his mouth.

Her sexy scent turned him on even higher. The storm inside him grew frantic. His flesh yearned to be touched by her. His cock hardened to the point where he became convinced he would explode if he couldn’t thrust into her pussy.

He ripped his mouth from hers and gasped into the wet air.

Her mouth slid against his neck, covering his flesh with delicious wet kisses. Her hot hands were everywhere. Touching his nipples, sliding along his hips, squeezing over his ass cheeks.

“I can’t take much more of this, Jacey. Take me now or dammit, I’ll take you,” He was breathing real hard now. He was so aroused he couldn’t even think straight.

Against the skin of his neck where her wet mouth touched, her lips curled into a smile.

She pulled away from him. At the same moment a flash of lightning zipped through the heavens and he saw something beautiful shimmering in Jacey’s eyes. Something so wonderful that the breath lodged deep in his lungs with the realization of what it was called.

Love.

She’d never said the word love to him. He’d tried getting her to say it by using it as a safe word while he’d seduced her last night. She probably never would say those words, not with her upbringing, but that was okay. It showed in her eyes. That knowledge made the tension inside of him mount to an almost panicky state. He had to be inside her now. He needed to show her how much he loved her.

As if sensing his urgency, Jacey wasted no time rising over him. Her luscious heat swept against him in ferocious waves. He gasped when she grabbed his throbbing rod by the base with both hands and held him steady.

Spreading her thighs, she lowered her hips.

Ben groaned out his pleasure as her succulent pussy sheathed his burning shaft.

A killing ecstasy exploded through him, sending his senses reeling and his mind spinning in all kinds of directions.

She unleashed herself on him like a wanton woman out of control. She rode him violently. Her hips crushed into his hips. Gyrating with a fierce frenzy he hadn’t felt in her before.

His rod sunk even deeper into her tight channel. Deeper than he’d ever gone before.

“Jacey!” he shouted the instant her pussy muscles spasmed around his aching cock. She shuddered violently. He trembled with anticipation.

She screamed. Once. Twice. Three times, as she came hard.

Her musical voice washed over him in such a seductive assault it made his orgasm twice as sweet. Her silky insides milked him to the point of insanity. The burning pleasure zipped like a lightning bolt up along his entire shaft, crashed into his balls and sunk deep into his abdomen. So deep, the pleasure made his eyes open wide and made his shout hitch in his throat.

More forks of lightning splashed overhead, illuminating her.

Her hair was tussled and matted from the rain. Her two silky globes glimmered with wetness and bobbed wildly as she rode him. Her eyes were wild. Lost in an ecstasy so all consuming that he felt sure she’d slipped into another world.

A moment later, he joined her in the fantastic world called ecstasy, as the remainder of his mind splintered and his penis exploded, shooting his hot love seed deep inside her.

Chapter Eleven

They’d made love all night as the rain poured down around them, their screams of arousal drowned by the cracks of thunder. Bright flashes of lightning had allowed her to see the exquisite joy on Ben’s face as they’d fucked each other.

She was sore and weary this morning but she’d climbed down the cliff to the small river that ran directly below.

She planned on catching fish for breakfast. Although a female cooking for a male was forbidden, she just didn’t care any more. She wanted Ben Hero happy and healthy.

She’d snagged two fish with her bare hands and laid them on the nearby bank when she heard the guttural growl. Through the early morning mist, she barely made out the threatening form.

Her breath seized up in her lungs and her blood ran cold in her veins.

A black panther.

She saw hunger in its emerald green eyes. A giant pink tongue swiped across its upper lip.

The creature must have smelled the fish she’d caught and followed its velvety nose to her!

Slowly moving out of the water, she frantically searched the sandy riverbank for some form of protection. Nothing caught her eye and she chastised herself for being so foolish to be caught defenseless.

The giant cat’s long tail swayed in anger. Or was it anticipation? Its massive paws padded delicately over the sand as he cautiously treaded closer to her.

It’s mouth dropped open, giving Jacey a much too close-up view of jagged and very sharp yellow teeth.

Panic zipped along her nerve endings. The only thing she could do was run, but she knew the creature would be upon her within seconds.

Suddenly, a blur of movement shot through the mist. She blinked in paralyzed fear as Ben Hero appeared. Jumping in front of her, he pushed her behind the safety of his big masculine body.

“Get the hell out of here!” he shouted at her as he wielded a giant tree branch.

Stunned by his appearance and not knowing if he was yelling at her or the panther, Jacey could do nothing but stand and watch the male she loved battle the giant cat. The gnarled piece of wood lifted and came down on the panther’s nose. The creature retaliated quickly. Before Ben could bring the branch down again, the cat swiped a massive paw across his chest. Jacey’s heart froze at Ben’s groan of pain.

He stood his ground, bringing the branch once again down upon the black panthers nose.

This time the cat gave a painful squeal, turned and loped away.

Jacey’s heart wrenched in pain as Ben fell to his knees.

Blood seeped from four angry tears in his chest, compliments of the cat’s paw.

“What have you done, my fool?” Jacey cried as she slumped down on her knees beside him.

“Are you all right?” he hissed between gritted teeth.

She nodded numbly.

He grinned with relief and suddenly collapsed, his naked body dropping sideways to the ground in a boneless heap.

Jacey closed her eyes, praying to the Goddess of Freedom that she was somehow lost in a nightmare. A split second later, she opened her eyes and realized this was not some horrific dream. This was happening. Ben Hero was unconscious.

Cold terror ripped at her gut as with trembling fingers she felt his cool clammy neck for a pulse.

He was alive!

Stop the bleeding! a voice barked in the back of her mind.

How? Her mind whirled with confusion. She’d never seen such raw jagged cuts before. Hadn’t trained in anything but the basics for medical injuries. It certainly didn’t include this!

Blood continued to flow freely from his wounds. She had to do something to stop the flow. She could use her hands!

Her lungs squeezed tightly as she slid her palms across some of the hot gashes. His chest muscles spasmed under her hands and he groaned as she increased the pressure. But the slices were too long. Warm blood oozed between her fingers, making her hands red.

There was nothing she could do to staunch the flow of his life force.

What in the world had possessed him to save her? Why hadn’t he just stayed on the cliff where she’d left him, safe and sound?

The thoughts ricocheted wildly through her brain. If only she’d insisted he go along yesterday. He would have been safe. If only she hadn’t been so selfish…

Ben’s eyes fluttered open and he tried to say something.

“Shhh, Ben Hero. Don’t speak. Save your strength.”

“Jacey?”

“I’m here. I’ll always be here with you.”

“I love you,” he whispered and his eyes fluttered closed again. A measure of relief slipped through his pain-wracked features.

I love you. The words danced wildly in her head. She grabbed them and tucked them into her heart.

Reality hit like a sledgehammer. If she didn’t do something fast, the male who loved her would die.

One choice remained to help him. She made it swiftly.

Throwing her head back, she gathered air into her lungs and screamed like she’d never screamed before.

“Ben? Can you hear me?”

Jacey’s voice?

He tried to move, but agonizing pain swamped his senses.

A cool palm touched his burning forehead. Soft. Fragrant. Jacey.

He forced his eyes open. A blurry figure swam nearby. He blinked a few more times and his vision cleared.

“Ben?”

Fear drizzled through him as Jacey’s concerned face hovered mere inches away. Tears slid down her cheeks. Her pretty scent washed over him in soothing waves. He wished he could curl his arms around her neck and kiss her. Ease her worries and tell her he was fine, but nothing cooperated. His limbs refused to move. His mouth appeared paralyzed and no words could form.

“We’re going to burn the wounds to stop the bleeding. Do you understand me, Ben?”

He nodded. Or at least he thought he nodded.

Someone forced his mouth open and shoved something between his teeth. He tasted wood.

Jacey’s soft voice once again drifted through the haze of pain.

“Bite down on this when it hurts.”

Dammit! It already hurt.

He struggled to remain conscious and clamped down on the piece of wood.

A soft feminine hand slipped against his palm and squeezed in reassurance. Instinctively he knew it was Jacey. It took all his strength to curl his fingers tightly around her warmth.

She kissed him gently, as if trying not to hurt him. Her lips were a cool salve against his burning mouth and he tasted her desperation, her warmth, her love.

“I love you, Ben Hero,” she whispered.

His heart swelled with happiness at the words he thought he’d never hear her say. Closing his eyes, he inhaled her sweet delicate scent and prayed he would live to hear her say those three magical words again.

Without warning, intense pain jolted through him. It sliced deep into his chest, fiery hot, like a blade of lightning. His whole body arched with the blinding pain. Somewhere deep in his mind he knew his wounds were being cauterized but it felt as if the panther’s claws were once again scraping through him.

A moment later, more searing pain ripped through his chest. The smell of burning flesh assaulted his nostrils. Nausea rolled over him in giant black waves and he blessed the black haze that carried him into oblivion.

“His fever is gone.” Queen Jasmine’s full lips tilted into a heartwarming smile as she touched the sleeping Ben’s forehead. “I’ll order another Quick Healing shot for him for this evening. He’ll be good as new by tomorrow.”
