“I need to take my future bride back now,” Lorenzo finally announced. Giovanni, Marco and Antonio said their goodbyes, each of them hugging me and welcoming me to the family.
As we drove back to the heart of the city, I leaned against Lorenzo and he held me close to him. The feeling of his arm wrapped around me was warm and comforting. Finally, we pulled up in front of his apartment.
“You are coming up with me!” Lorenzo announced and grabbed my hand.
“Oh I am, am I?” I asked playfully.
