Found (Lost and Found #2, New Adult Romance) (Lost & Found) (21 page)

Dear Maria,

I have no idea how to thank you for what you did last night or for taking me to counseling this morning. I’ve never felt as lost and completely alone as I did last night, never hated myself as much as I did when I saw how much I’d hurt you.

Thank you for forgiving me. Thank you for loving me. Thank you for everything you’ve ever been to me. Thank you for making me whole again.

Even more, I hope someday that I’ll have the chance to thank you for all the things you’ve yet to become. I want to be there to grow with you. You’re everything to me, and to the end of my days, I will never deserve you.

But... as long as you’ll have me, I’m yours. If you want me forever, I’m yours forever.

Love,

Owen

Sacrifice
- M.G. Morgan

The moment Sam looked at me, I knew he saw me. The real me, not the one I pretended to be. He saw beyond my pretence to the girl beneath. The girl who cried herself to sleep at night. The girl who pushed people away, when all she really wanted was for someone to look her in the eye and tell her everything would be alright. That life wasn’t always pain. That living wasn’t always this difficult. That the ones you loved didn’t always leave you behind. In that moment, Sam saw me, and I saw him. And I knew without a doubt that I would love him and he would betray me.

Natasha Masterton, a young college student on the verge of graduation, has the world at her feet. But all is not at it seems. Her mother is dead and she hasn’t seen her father in over three years. The only dealing she has with him is when he deposits her allowance into a bank account every month. Her father’s lack of interest has hardened Natasha to the rest of the world, leaving her cold and more than a little broken.

When Sam Harker crashes into Natasha’s life, asking questions about her father and dragging up the past, Natasha’s interest in piqued. The more time she spends with him, the more she falls for his easy charm and quick smile.

But Sam has secrets of his own - secrets that threaten their blossoming relationship. And when the real reason for Natasha’s fathers disinterest becomes apparent, a sacrifice must be made. Love, honour and duty collide... risking more than just a broken heart. Sometimes love is worth the ultimate price.

Dance For Me
- Helena Newbury

Natasha is one of the most promising ballet dancers at the prestigious Fenbrook Academy of Performing Arts and she’s just landed a life-changing audition. But no one knows the guilt she carries...or the damage it makes her inflict on herself when she’s alone.

Darrell is a multi-millionaire designer at 25. But past traumas have pushed him into isolation and the intense pressure of his work has brought him to the edge of burnout. Seeking inspiration, he sees Natasha dance and hires her as his muse.

As she dances for him, the two become entwined in a passionate but troubled relationship. He starts to see the pain inside her and helps her gradually lower her defenses...but Darrell has demons of his own. Can two broken people save each other? Or will the darkness they’re hiding consume them both?

Where I End and You Begin
- Andra Brynn

In Japan, they say there’s a red thread of fate that binds people who are destined to meet, regardless of time, place, or circumstance. It may tangle, it may knot, it may stretch or fray, but it will never break. It is a future as indelible as the past. I hope that isn't true. I pity anyone destined to meet me.

For Bianca Ray, the past is always catching up, one way or another. Now in her third semester at college, it's doing it again. Too much drinking has led to plummeting grades and rising absences, putting her scholarships in peril. When she makes it clear that she needs help—all over the floor of her history class—she’s given one last chance to shape up: seek therapy and bring her grades up by the end of the semester, or she’s out.

Enter Catholic seminarian Daniel McGuire. The last thing Bianca wants is an aspiring priest to counsel her on how to live her life, but the handsome graduate student is different from the holy rollers she fled from at home. Gentle and unobtrusive, he helps her pick up the pieces and find a new way to live: not running from the past, but facing it head on.

But opening up her heart to release the pain means that something else can come in. As Bianca and Daniel grow closer, their relationship moves onto dangerous ground. When they finally cross the line, the fragile courage Bianca has built up threatens to fail her. Can she exorcise the ghosts of her past, or will they catch hold and drag her down where not even Daniel can reach her?

Thrown - Tabi Wollstonecraft

Nineteen year-old Amy Anderson is trying to outrun the chaos that is her life.

She inherits an old house in England and goes there to forget.

But then she meets Stoker - the bad boy of Promise Cove. He has issues of his own but they are hidden beneath his attitude, muscles and leather jacket.

Amy’s life is about to be thrown into a whirlwind of emotion, danger and a love that will change everything.
